HMs exist to prevent story breaking. If the trainer starts doing everything when traveling, what's the point of having pokemon? Although, allowing deletion of HMs should be allowed though. 4 move slots make it balenced for Wi-Fi battles

I usaually get ClaudexFury midway Chapter 4, because I send Fury up to him in Chapter 3 to help defend him. As for LevinxTiltyu and HolynxBriggid, usually get them to love each other up to Chapter 5. No extra turns were needed to get them that way. Just always put them together during the chapter as much as possible.
