[FE8] How to allow "unpromotable" classes to promote?

Alternatively, what you can do is open the Promotion Pointer Editor, use one of the offsets listed in the table, and list all of the classes you plan on allowing to promote (Adding the class you want to promote), then repoint the offset of the used promotion list to the one you edited in Nightmare. Just as easy, without using a hex editor for those to stupid to download one xD -

Alright, so I'll just take that map and give it to Arch Amazing map, I suggest A, and do whatever Snow said xD he knows what he's talking about. As for the portraits, the first one looks fine. The second one's palette is just an eyesore to me, to bright. The third one is fine, aside from the left side. I feel like the eye clashes with the hair to much, but that's just me. The fourth one's hair is a little messed up around the headband. Here, I did some slight changes to the portrait, and there are some light shading issues in the areas I Boxed/circled:

Well, I was watching some ragefest videos one day, probably around the time TLP released the "final version," and thought to myself: "Why the hell can't I make a Fire Emblem game of my own? I mean, you have people like Blazer who've already made millions of games, and translated one, so why can't I be like him!?" Then I went to FES (Obviously enough, I was a HUGE Blazer Fanboy), downloaded all of the required programs and such, and thought up the original idea for HOA. At the time, it was a SHITTY reskin of FE8, not one line of text even edited. It followed one main character, who was me, with my original OC, which has been lost to the ages (Still a big thank you to Smashed for making it) fighting people for fun, because he was a badass. I didn't know nearly as much as I do now, and even though I was an arrogant little bitch at the time, I'm happy I started off how I did. Speaking of Bloodlines, I remember when you first introduced Orange and I to Bloodlines xD

Concept 1: Actually, most of my family plays FE, and from what we were talking about when I made this concept, it'd go something like you're whatever class you specifically wanted to be, and your family is whatever class you see them as, EG my class is Mercenary, just because irl I'm not to strong, and I plan shit out, so not perfect strength but a lot of skill. Then again, I don't think that anyone would be a Gerik Concept 2: That's basically what I was planning on having the game be: you complete missions as a mercenary, and go to your main tavern type place, or wherever you feel like having the hub be, and just sit around, accepting missions and shit. Concept 3: Honestly, I forgot about all of those people. They'd be hiding in a kitchen I guess. The reason I didn't describe the concepts to full point is because I want the person making the hack to be able to use their imagination and plan stuff by themselves. If they want the maids and butlers to fight if needed, then they can allow it.

Holy shit! You're still alive!? Anyways, looking forward to playing this. From the screenshots, All I can tell you is portrait colors. Generally, it's best to stick to either FE6/7 colors, or FE8 colors. Character development seems like it's slow from what you said about the lord being a bratty character. The new Magic Triangle seems awesome. Looking forward to seeing this hack become popular

Update for HOA: I asked Ghast to LP my demo, and he said Yes. Also, I'll gladly LP anything that isn't already taken by someone else Even though I'm going to probably record it until I can get a run without a single voice crack. Fuck puberty xD

Alright, not sure if I put this in the right place, but whatever As the name implies, I have a lot of ideas for concepts that I'm probably never going to use, and I'm going to allow you to use them. Without further ado, let us begin. [spoiler=Concept 1] Alright, so this one is simple enough. Remember how you loved video games a child, and always though about how cool it would be if you WERE in one? Well this one makes that a reality. You, and all of your loved ones are trapped in the world of Fire Emblem, and can't get out. This one feels like I'm ripping off FE online though [spoiler=Concept 2] This one is a little complex. You're a famed mercenary, traveling through whatever country on whatever continent, when you find a man in danger. You decide to help him, which leads him to help you in the future, being your tactician. To his will, you go to the nearest city, and start a guild, which is named whatever you decide. [spoiler=Concept 3] Alright, so this is the last concept I have so far, and it's the most complex. It revolves around a "my unit" character, who's a knight to a kingdom, but due to common procedures in FE, you have to take the princess/prince, ditch the castle, and protect her instead of having a jeigan.
