So yes, by definition MU is a mary sue. No, MU isn't a mary sue in the way you're implying, he/she isn't perfect at everything.

Gregor might be better on Cherche/Maribelle, since it gives Gerome Merc/Barb, and it gives the same to Brady so that he can use Armsthirft,Galeforce, & Axefaire.

@bold, she's already going to with Olivia. She reaches that magical 46 speed cap that we were talking about in the other thread for doubling TSONAnna. Renewal is sort of okay. Though she doesn't really need it. loltomefaire Bride? Olivia!Lucina can do that too, and just as well I might add. No wait, better, since she has a higher strength cap. lolrallybot, complete waste of potential. Use a spotpass character. She doesn't want/need any of those skills. Aether+RK is actually pretty awesome. 40% Luna&Sol? yesplease. or, you can have a 70% luna rate. That's pretty dang good. Throw on some swordfaire (Since infinte use sliver sword yes) and have 16effective MT. Put some galeforce on there and you're good to go. (Madian!Sniper!Lucina, for highest skill) Subtract a couple of points for any other class, and then add those back if you actually pair Chrom. @italics, sure Sumia!Lucina will have higher bases, but Lucina's bases are usable anyway. Compare to the FeMU!Donnel. Olivia's not as bad as donnel, and Chrom isn't as good as MU. It's pretty much the same. Pass is still nice, and I listed Leth since RK is the equivilent of 40 skill. IMO, 2str>>2speed, when you're already a speed demon. That extra gets to the point where it's overkill. Not by themselves, but Pass+Astra+Swordfaire+vantage+Leth >> Pavise. For goodness sakes, Pavise isn't that great. Your characters aren't taking any damage anyway. I mean, come on. It sounds amazing, but it's not that awesome in practice. (though neither is luna, since enemies have loldefence.)

What isn't better? Better mods, better classes, (Both Peg & Myrm) it's just as easy to achieve, since you just have to have Chrom pair with Olivia for that chapter. You don't even have to have him avoid the other girls, just don't have them build a C. He can focus on a MaMU/Fred support rather than a girl, and then get instant S. Yesplase. The only thing Sumia has in her favor is Aegvis, which truly isn't that great. Its underwhelming in everything but Luantic, since lolhard & lololnormal. But you can't tell me that Lucnia wants Mage/Knight really. The only thing she's getting from Sumia is Pavise. Which is <<< Astra, Swordfaire, Lethaility, & Pass that she gets from Olivia. I'm not seeing how Sumia is supiror at all.

Did you mean 56? Becuase almost everyone can get over 46 with LB... Why would I use AS+2>LB?

I personally like Sumia as a character, but not with Chrom. Olivia produces a way better Lucina in every way, so I'll always pair him with her unless I'm doing a supports thing or I'm playing as FeMU. (Because FeMU!Lucina=best Lucina.)

not really, the +1 child mod eliminates it. But I do see that a negative mod does suck.

I'd prefer two or more dedicated ralliers rather than using a slot for it on one of my offensive units. I like to run a --faire, galeforce, armsthrift, xx(offensive skill), and LB. If they're a backup unit, I might switch the offensive skill for something else.

Waitwait, back up. MU>Chrom>Donnel>then otherpeople. Chrom gives rightful king and stuff, Donnel gives aptitude and merc and peg knight to girls. what more could you ask for? <3

My point was just that Gregor is wasted on him. I actually have him go bow knight/sniper alot because galeforce+bows = awesome. He's a back unit in the double pair for me, and he kicks ass.

I'd personally switch Virion with Gregor. Brady loves Gregor because he gets axe using classes and merc. He turns out pretty awesome. Virion gives Inigo a bunch of classes he didn't have. Archer if you want Sniper/Bow Knight. Or something.

But Galeforce >>> Pavise. What mode are you playing on? Pavis/Aegis aren't even worth it on the lower difficulties.
