No. This is BS. There's two "unusable" characters in FE13. Ricken & Donnel. Both of which can be salvaged, even without grinding. Ricken is worse than Donnel, due to not having Aptitude. FE12? Past chapter 10, I wouldn't use almost any of those characters. Like three of them are worthwhile. Everyone else is worse than your current characters. Conclusion? FE13 >>>>> FE12 as far as unusable characters go.

Unless this is just for streetpass, cut all of these skills. Add Galeforce, Bowfaire, and Astra/Luna/Sol and you'll have a kickass sniper. If it is just for streetpass, keep counter and add something like Vengeance. You could also use Sol instead of Vengeance. Add Bowfaire as well, because +10 strength would be aweeeeesome.

But Underdog sucks. Why would you do that to yourself? When you're at max level, Underdog is pointless. (Aptitude only becomes pointless after you max all your stats...) I can think of like ten other skills I'd rather have before Underdog.

Yea, pass aptitude down. You don't want to endure the 10 levels of suck for that skill. My reclass path for Owain: Mrym - merc - hero - Swordmaster - (dread fighter) it hits everything.

The mixing of the minors isn't that big of a deal, they're super distant cousins. That's the only proof I've seen, but even that's second hand, did she know her mother? I don't remember. But we could partially chalk some of it up to translation errors or something.

No, spotpass characters can have that same combo. I just re hire my rally bots when I actually want to use them. Though I don't ever really need it.

I'll concede on Arvis and Diadora, since that's legit. Cousins pairing is no more than a gameplay oversight, besides, lolcousion incest. I don't think she actually said that, it's a rumor that's spreading around and yea. Celice and Julia fall in love then realize their half siblings. The more time they spend together, they realize they don't want to be together, hence the -10 love growth. And the twins and raven!pricilla are just fans interpreting something out of nothing. We can't have close siblings for goodness sakes!

A. Why would you pass down anything besides aptitude? B. why do you want a child to be a rally bot? Waste of potential. Also, use Gaius!Nowi because Nah doesn't need armsthrift. I'm always partial to Gregor!Maribelle because it makes an awesome Brady. (Berserker!Brady <3)

Keep most of those skills, except tomebreaker. It's not worth it, IMO. Keep Galeforce and add limit breaker. Armstrift is awesome if you forge an aversa's night.

There wasn't when this one was created. This tier list has always been a lunatic tier list, just no one wants to admit it.

Why don't we just rename this tier list "Lunatic" and get over with it? It's what you guys are all ranking anyway. I can get low turns on hard and not use Fred at all. If this was lunatic, I couldn't make this same argument, nor would donnel be at all savagable like you're all implying.

Have Donnel pass down aptitude. It's the only good solution. Just reclass him into merc

Just keep the file until you update the avatar logbook and then check your main file to make sure they're there.

Oh, I'm sorry I was misinformed. But it's still easy because chrom has lighting fast supports with both Olivia and Sumia. PEMN, but it seems like some characters have higher growths for supports than others. I had Sumia paired with chrom and they entered like three battles and were ready to get a c.

I never saw that. You can just pair up Olivia with Chrom. He's strong enough to warrant it, he doesn't need pair up bonuses by chapter 11.

Because tomes are that much better than staves? My units never get damaged enough to warrant having healing, and I don't need more than one character to rescue. And, there are spotpass characters that kick ass as a DF. And, the only character that can reclass to DF that has a 30% or lower is Cordilia. Everyone else at least has a 35%. FMU can have a huge growth, or a good growth.

On the whole OliviaxChrom thing, you actually only need one support point, granted none of the other pairs have any. This actually isn't that hard to do.

Wut. Dark flier is a great class and galeforce allows you to pretty much one turn every map ever. It's not overrated.
