You should absolutely reclass lobster in to a blacksmith. The idea that Shinonome specifically chose to use a lance for the advantage over his dad only for it to turn out that he has lancebreaker is far too funny to pass up.

It really is weird. Camilla is the only royal sibling that Azura can't support with, and as it stands Azura has two A+ options in Hoshido compared to only one in Nohr, which a support with Camilla would fix.

Yeah I goofed, realised my mistake and edited my post, but it was too late. :P

I didn't even realise that Aqua and Hinoka could support, but now that I realise that they can it is rather odd that she can't support with Camilla as well. Especially since she doesn't have another Nohr A+ option. I also just realised that it seems that each royal can only support with Kamui and their same gender sibling, and not their other siblings. So, for example, Xander can support Leo but not Camilla or Elise. That's... really weird. unless I'm missing something Edit- Wait, maybe they can. Never mind, I just got myself confused.

It really depends on the unit using it of course, but yes, any unit that won't be doubling anyway should find it to be very useful.

The initial marketing portrayed Leon as exactly the kind of character I hate the most, so I was very pleasantly surprised when I found out more about him. He may well be my favourite of the royal characters. And I agree with some of the above posters, his support with Takumi is great, I absolutely ship it.

Not very fond of Jakob. I know there are a lot of people who like that kind of character and that's fine, but his character type is just not my cup of tea. Felicia is cute, although the game does focus too much on the 'clumsy maid' side of her character and not enough on the 'incredible warrior' side. Flora is my wife.

Henry was that young? To be honest I was pretty terrible at judging the ages of awakening characters though. For ages I thought that Donnel was like 19, until I read his support with Lissa and she said he was younger than her. Edit- Yep, that's still one of my top supports so far. I'll marry them both to different units in different playthroughs for gameplay purposes, but Shinonome/Matoi will be the one I deem as my own personal canon pairing for them.

Well we don't actually know his exact age, same as we don't know any other character's exact age, but I'm pretty sure several of his supports strongly indicate that he's a teen at most. Like Azz01 said, 16 is the absolute oldest I would place him at, most likely 14.

You might want to have a look at Takumi's profile while you're there. It's not as bad as Ryoma's by any means but there's some false info in it. I didn't check every other character but I looked at a few and they seemed alright.

Wow, someone over at TV tropes really doesn't like Ryoma. I'm rather afraid to look through the rest of the character's entries.

That makes sense, I hadn't really thought about it much but you're right, Sakura should be older. I wouldn't put her over 15 at the most though. Sakura is slightly easier to marry off without the creepiness factor since Tsukuyomi exists (although I plan to leave him single anyway) and while they're both too young and there's still some creepiness, at least they're similar in age. Elise on the other hand doesn't have any options around her own age. I'll marry them off for gameplay purposes, but I'll headcanon them as remaining single and their respective children actually coming from some random village girl. I'd do the same with Tsukuyomi since he's also too young, but as said I plan to leave him single most of the time anyway.

Shinonome's still great. Elise and Lazward's was... weird, but honestly I think that's somewhat inevitable with Elise's supports with men since they all end in marriage and she's like 12, same with Sakura really, although slightly less so since I could believe her to be a little older.

You miss out on a grand total of three characters. Compared to the 20 or so you don't get in each of other two routes. And you get a new character that isn't in either of the others.

Ah I love mini-lobster so much. I'll probably marry him at least once, though I still love his support with Matoi the most.

Ok, I want to buy the third route on it's own.... hmm, seems I can't do that afterall. It's too early in the morning to try and explain to people who somehow can't understand why locking a blatant golden route behind an additional paywall is bullshit, so I'm just going to say that yes, I do think it's unfair.

I went with singer for everything. For any other class you might want there are other options to choose from, but Azura is the only character in the game who can sing so it makes sense to focus on that. She has access to a decent number of support skills like sun god and battle command too, so I think the best place for her is as a singer supporting your front line fighters. Also, I noticed you pointed out in the skills section about how copycat puppet is a great skill, so I just wanted to add that Azura might be the only character I'd actively recommend against taking that skill on. I'm fairly sure that her puppet can't sing so all you'd be doing is adding a weak fighter who might get your singer killed because they share HP. Normally it's a great skill but Azura is something of a special case. You could use it to stack/spread out her support skills, but it's a risk that isn't really worth it. well those are my 8:30 in the morning thoughts on the matter anyway

Thinking about it, you're right, they do think we can just about handle three. I think people were kidding about Saizou though, I certainly was. Dropping the U is all I expect.

That's cute, but most likely fake. Pretty sure there are tail accessories you could add to their battle model though. Wouldn't show up in the dialogue portrait or in the amie game, but it's something. Actually I'm rather curious about what Kanna's model looks like as a fox spirit or garou now.

Well, Suzukaze lost two syllables from the start of his name, and if you do that to Saizou you get... er, yeah. Poor guy, first he loses his eye, then he loses his name. But yeah I fully expect a lot of Hoshidan names to be shortened, since as said before Nintendo apparently thinks we're too stupid to pronounce Japanese names more than two syllables long.

While I'm 100% against it, the localisers will most likely butcher censor it, yes.

Foleo/Ophelia was amusing, but it's just like Hisame/Kisaragi in that it really doesn't work if Odin marries either Camilla or Elise.

It doesn't matter what it's called, it still sounds awkward as hell.

I've got nothing against her voice or singing, it's the song, or more specifically where the emphasis is put on certain words, that I have an issue with. Maybe I'll get used to it, but right now it does sound pretty awkward. It's not an acting or singing issue, it's a writing one.
