Yes you can have both an S support and A+ support. I also must add, A+ supports are not shared between the two characters so the other can get an A+ with someone else. E.g Camilla can A+ Luna but Luna does not A+ Camilla(Unless you want her to)so therefore Luna can potentially A+ Belka.
