Like, why am I scum? Why is it scummy that I'm attacking the idea of claiming to TL!Prims immediately into D1? It's not and I'm fairly sure you realize that.

It's not that, it's the flip from mudslinging Prims to being alright with him after. Considering that's the bulk of my case, you either didn't comprehend it or didn't read it very well.

Like, highlighting this even out of context, especially when WAYYYY before that, SB summarized a chat that we had which included me basically saying

You're doing the exact same thing with the SB logs?? SB was also talking about how weird it is you want to go both ways with Prims. (SB logs below, bolded are important)

    Spoiler

[15:18] sb: also why did you make that post btw
[15:18] Elieson: because I have a master plan and I do what I want
[15:19] Elieson: also because how many roles are really expendable
[15:19] sb: You would be surprised
[15:20] Elieson: if prims is town
[15:20] Elieson: do you want him expended?

[15:20] Elieson: i'd rather take the bean than him if it comes down to scum trying to off town

Which in term is kinda strange with this later in the conversation

[15:35] sb: and idk it reads like you’re downplaying prims with
    [15:35] Elieson: well
[15:35] sb: not really a solid read on him

    [15:35] sb: which is awkward
[15:35] Elieson: he's prims and he's notorious for just saying shit to get answers
[15:36] Elieson: i don't trust his TL claim enough to want to claim to him
[15:36] Elieson: and if half of the game does then that's half of the game on d1, taking a big risk

    [15:36] Elieson: #Meta101

Which implies you don't actually trust Prims which makes the first part of the conversation weird. I'd get advising against claiming to Prims overall and wanting to lead yourself but I think that its weird how you've been doing it because of the inconsistencies.

why did i finally get an OC message from you yesterday when you're tellin ppl this in private since practically the beginning of the game?

Me not talking to you OC doesn't mean I can't get a case on you. Posting it forced you to defend yourself in thread, which resulted in a blatant OMGUS and solidifies my read even more.

I'm writing an essay right now, I'll have comments on everyone else of notice before phase end hopefully. Would like this lynch.

    Spoiler

    [12:09 AM] LG: anyway
[12:10 AM] LG: I think elies tone switches pretty hard on prims
[12:10 AM] LG: I have quotes but I'm on mobile and too lazy to c/p
[12:10 AM] Nouvelle: hmm, a brief summary then?
[12:10 AM] LG: basically when he first offers himself as a counter to prims
[12:10 AM] LG: The what he's omitting vs what I'm omitting part
[12:10 AM] LG: Imo reads as shade thrown
[12:11 AM] LG: And he moves onto
[12:11 AM] LG: Attacking those claiming to prims and not prims
[12:11 AM] LG: It's a weird jump to make in my opinion
[12:11 AM] LG: Doesn't really follow a natural thought process
    [12
:12 AM] Nouvelle: I think I see what you mean. you say he went from trying to make claiming to himself seem appealing, to making siding with prims look bad?
    [12:13 AM] LG: Sort of
[12:13 AM] LG: My main focus is reallt
[12:13 AM] LG: Making prims look bad > making the people who claim to prims look bad
[12:13 AM] LG: And why that's a faulty progression
[12:13 AM] Nouvelle: hmm, I see
[12:13 AM] LG: esp when he subtly flips on prims being scummy
[12:14 AM] LG: It's hard because his first posts are super passive
[12:14 AM] Nouvelle: I think it is odd he would say anything about those claiming to prims at all, given that he previously stated that prims wasn't necessarily bad
[12:14 AM] LG: But I think it reads weird
[12:14 AM] Nouvelle: pretty sure he said in-thread at some point that "prims is a stronger player than me so you could claim to him instead," something to that effect
    [12:14 AM] LG: hm
[12:14 AM] Nouvelle: sec I'll try to find it
[12:14 AM] LG: Don't remember that post
    [12:14 AM] LG: Aight
[12:15 AM] Nouvelle: it's part of his pm with greencaps
[12:15 AM] Nouvelle: "Elieson - Today at 3:39 PM
tl;dr I think prims is more qualified to lead town than I am, as I think he's a better player than I am
    that said
I don't trust him as town leader, I just acknowledge his capabilities
i think that's about the simplest way I can explain it"
    [12:15 AM] LG: yuck
[12:15 AM] Nouvelle: so... hmm, ok, I can see some flip flopping
[12:15 AM] LG: That's really wishy washy
    [12:16 AM] Nouvelle: mhm
[12:16 AM] LG: Supporting and bring him down
[12:16 AM] LG: At the same time

Above are logs with GP that have the basis of my case. DM me for further inquiries.

  3. Me Paper and Euklyd are going to be running the EiMM queue, as well as other multifaction games. I think it's kind of rude to people who come here to only play EiMM as someone who (at least used to) do both NOC and EiMM. Just because you're of the opinion the game is less strategic and fillery doesn't mean you have to ruin someone else's fun. Yes things got toxic and out of hand here, but all players in this game have talked things out heavily, and we've created a more structured system for running/maintaining games now. NOC games have gotten out of hand, but those are considered "serious" by the old playerbase so it's fine. These "jokegames" may have evolved into more serious games and that's ok too.

I think I saw Kaoz (or someone else) say he's gonna revive the regular NOC/OC games (like Rein's which yall should totally join, it'll be fun), so no reason to butt heads over this anyway, fan's of one, the other, or both, can just pick what they want to sign up for.

  4. Sorry ive forgotten how to play this game.

I think Boron is scum for her weird interaction with SB/Paper, thinking that tjeir disagreement meant town/town despite them disagreeing with each other. Also seems like one of the easier jumps on my wagon but thats worthless without my flip.

I dislike being criticized for being passive about Izhu especially when I clarified I was defending him.

Shin/BBM are gut town, BBM less gut I think hes had good pressure.

Okay, I reread the last three pages again (helpful note: posting right after a nap is not the best idea).

Lord Gaius: You may not like Prims pushing Shin's self-vote in RVS, but is it scummy? And why is it scummier than anything else people have done in the game? How does pushing the self-vote in the muck of RVS make it worse?

I struggle to see how Shin's self.vote is worth more of a look than say SB/paper interactions unless im fucking up the timeline (Prims vote Mid page 3, SB/Paper stuff Page 2- Early Page 3)

  6. If he parked on Shin as scum he'd probably get more pressure so I would think optimal play is to move to someone else. The case is meh to me, Cam/Izhu interactions were a lot of playstyle differences/that point, not the whole gist but a part of it, enough for my defense at least. Explained about pressure on him above.

I'm making a post with Boron involved soon.

why vote me over Boron now then?

in fact I'm not particularly fond of Gaius' posts in general; what he says about Cam's Izhuark vote is diminishing the back and forth to one post which was made after Cam's initial vote, and the vote on me is also very insubstantial compared to what he has on Boron (what's actually wrong with pushing somebody's self-vote?). going for an easy vote while throwing shade at a wagon without getting directly involved seems like a convenient position to take here. I actually think Boron's vote has a clear reason behind it which he's ignoring too but I'll let her address that herself.
    ##Unvote
    ##Vote: Lord Gaius

Boron's gotten pressure and you haven't (or it didn't stick out to me if you have.)

You already showed how Shin does this as town, and its a lazy push. What do you mean not getting directly involved? Im pretty clearly defending Izhuark.

  8. Izhu wagon is not my favorite. Cam's voting him for the discussion ended point mainly which is more semantics than anything else and Boron's vote doesn't make much sense to me. If Izhu believes Mafia would/wouldn't do something (regardless of the true answer) he'd push/vote according to that belief. Where's the actual scum intent in his Paper vote (bad logic isn:t scum intent)
