Fire Emblem, as well as Smash Bros, and Ace Combat, all have a big part in my gaming heart.
-
FE1- Never touched
FE2- Never touched
FE3- Never touched
FE4- Never touched
FE5- Never touched
FE6- Working through this right now...
FE7- Beaten multiple times, currently attempting HHM
FE8- Beaten a few times, currently creating a "perfect game"
FE9- Completed this once, personally prefer the GBA titles.
FE10- Still waiting for them at NOE to translate the damn thing so I can play it on my damn Wii. Damn it. Damn NOE.

FE6-8 Hero, naturally.

It's basically the battling part of Pokemon, except it's a computer program.
Ah I see. No I don't have it, sadly. Are you up for a battle over wi-fi, if you do want to battle, that is?
-
Do you have Shoddy Battle? I guess I could always use my brother's DS (I gave him my team) if not.
What's Shoddy Battle?
-
I can try to help with this, if you need it. I got some conversations done that aren't there yet.
-
From earlier in this thread.
What's your progress and current rating?
-
My favourites are axes and bows. Axes because they're the most powerful of weapons, and bows for their long range and the fact it is good against any other weapon type.
Favourite magic types are Elder, Anima (GBA Sages rule) as well as Thunder and Fire for FE9 and FE10 (When it's released in the EU of course...). Elder because it's powerful, Anima because they're used by Sages, and Thunder and Fire elements just kick ass.
Let us know what you chose, maybe with a reason if you can be bothered to.

True, true. *Sips Bud*

Assassin Colm in FE8 - a part of his head changes colour just as he settles after an attack. Bugs me every time i see it. Anyone else notice this?
-
Swords are far cooler.
That they are, but I prefer axes because they're more powerful.
-
Well, the berserker animation sucks. How about that?
I beg to differ. To lob an axe around at speeds like that, it's quite amazing.
I've not had chance to try a super trainee unit, I can't judge yet.
-
Infinite stat boosters.
Indeed. Good old Secret Shops.
Took a few goes in the ruins to get enough gold to buy enough stat boosing items, but it's worth it.
I plan to get every unit of mine like that.
-
I'm happy with Ballistae. Even though I don't use them often.
-
The thread title was shortened without explanation. It's alright, I guess...
Oh right, never noticed myself, I'm not that observant. Only am observant when I need to be, sadly.

Oswin struggles because they get Silver weapons against him...
They've not used Silver weapons on me yet because I've not abused him as a general yet. But they used steel weapons on him as a Knight. And still attack twice in most cases...
-
That kills your rating...
Not too bothered about ratings right now, I just want a tight team to keep me going in tight spots. I like to promote units as soon as I'm able to, if it means arena abusing them, then so be it.
I'll go for ratings later, starting from the easiest modes upwards.

Guy. I might have voted Rutger but I've not experienced him as a swordmaster yet. But he's a good Myrmidon.

The title got changed...
The title to what was changed?

i've established a motif of rape:
-narshen wanted clarine and GOT cecilia.
-the archers in ch.8 wanted to rape lilina.
-yunno MUST have been raped and forced to marry the worst paladin in the game.
-the shaman in (5?) was creepeh, and wanted sue's innocence
-lalum was asking for it.
-fa is too uber to get raped.
-roy wants guinivere and sophia all to himself obviously.
i cant believe this is a kids game in japan, even though their stuff is more graphic than our stuff.
This reminds me of that obese Warrior from Sacred Stones planning to rape Tana. It was all the rage back in those days.

I found the equivalent article on Nintendo of Europe's Spanish website and, like the UK page mentioned by Vincent, it makes no mention of a Fire Emblem release. Fire Emblem does not turn up in a game search, but that is also the case on the French version of the website so the game databases are, presumably, not up to date. It might be worth e-mailing Nintendo of Europe to confirm which countries will see the release of Fire Emblem 10. I agree with Aether that the game is likely to be released in the UK, and other parts of Europe, despite the inconsistency of the news regarding the title. It would be illogical for the Fire Emblem 10 to be withheld from the UK considering the game has already been translated into English.
The problem with the EU is that the products need to be the same - the packaging can be different (words and that) but the product needs to be the same, in terms of games anyway. Every EU game has a language select (French, English, German, Italian, Spanish, maybe more, unsure). Us English-speaking British people need to wait literally months while they are translating the game to all these other different languages... I sometimes wish I had an American Wii (My Wii is German, for those who care), it will be the same story when Brawl's released in America too.

How concerned should I be with my Funds rating? (HHM)
in Fire Emblem
Posted
I see. I've not thought much about rating, and so I don't understand exactly what makes what rise and fall. There's 4 ratings isn't there? Funds, Tactics, survival... I forget. Do you think you can maybe explain how each rises and falls? Or is it somewhere on the Serenes Forest site?
