  1. I probably won't be around for phase end because I need to wake up super early tomorrow.
  2. Meh, it doesn't look like Kay is getting lynched anyways. Hopefully she'll be back soon. I still don't know whether phase ends in one hour or twelve.
  3. Except it's not Kay agreeing with me. I voted for Strege, whereas she just said "Oh it's silly". Silly isn't the same as scummy. The former is something that's more evocative of dumbtown than scum.
  4. The enemies aren't difficult exactly, but ORKOing in BS, at least early on, really isn't a thing for anybody except Ward, the Jeigan, mostly due to how the doubling mechanics work. And he's only available for mandatory maps.
  5. Strege's vote hadn't really been discussed to death- it was mostly a back and forth between me and him with like a 1-liner from Refa maybe? The Elie vote maybe, but it's worse when you look at the post as a whole and see that her reads are all sort of arbitrary with no explanation given as to why.
  6. Also I'm confused, when does phase end? The first post of the day says August 13th 1 AM EST, which is in around 13 more hours, but a post around 7.5 hours ago says there are less than 11 hours left.
  7. Kirsche, why do you not find Kay scummy or at least slightly suspicious?
  8. I skimmed read your posts, I just found it weird that he went from vote-worthy to would vote four other people before him that quickly.
  9. That was different because: a) Their PoE sucked and was based off bad usage of meta. b) I still think Kay and Darros are the scummiest players itg. c) I rule and always catch all the scums through PoE always. Town me SB Kirsche- I don't think there's scum intent in engineering a plan that could lead to a third of the game getting cleared, even if it cost the town most of their roles. Leaning Town Refa- Mostly just based on good play, particularly for his first game ever. Not the best reason, which is why he's here and not up there. Strege- Explained earlier about tone, plus the blocked NK theory. Prims- Blocked NK theory, okay play when he was there, and plus I think town would be more likely than scum to sub out over the events at the end of D1. Null Objection- No idea what to make here atm. He also could have blocked the NK. If Darros gets lynched and flips the Godfather Ninja, he's probably town. Elie- No clue whatsoever. I think scum!Elie tends to have more fluffy posts with less content in them? Can't remember; it's been a while since I've played with scum!Elie. Scorri/Shinori- Not enough posts to tell. Scum Darros- Explained. Kay- Explained.
  10. Wait what How did Objection go all the way to the bottom of the list?
  11. Skimming over them, I don't think he ever responded to the point that someone or the other made- He kept attacking SB for his plan to use all the PRs N1, except it was actually Kirsche's plan, and SB was just agreeing with it. Yet he never attacked Kirsche for it or found Kirsche scummy, which doesn't make much sense to me. His other reason for finding SB scummy, that he says in his first D1 content-post, says that SB's Objection vote is bad because he says that Objection is voting him just for disagreeing with the plan rather than finding him scummy, even though according to Darros, the plan itself is scummy and therefore Objection's vote is valid. So this rests on SB's "plan" as well, except again, it wasn't his plan. Even though this has been pointed out, and even though he said earlier that he hadn't realized that a vanilla town also meant a more or less vanilla mafia, meaning it's not actually bad, he hasn't updated his SB read, either during late D1 or in his D2 post. In fact I don't think his D2 post had any scumhunting other than a line about Strege having a lot of scumreads.
  12. If none of them claims Tracker, we also have a confirmed scum between those 4, me, Refa, and Kirsche (for whatever that's worth). I should look at Darros's posts but /effort.
  13. It is simple, just give them bad stats. The Cavalier class, for some reason, had some of the highest base stats, at least in the GBA games. Nerf that, and nerf the growths of the actual cavaliers themselves, and you're fine. Then mounted units vs non-mounted units becomes movement vs every other stat, rather than movement vs nothing. It kind of worked in FE4 Gen 1, except the maps were huge and there was no rescuing, so even if the mounted units 2RKOd while the foot units ORKOd, the mounts would get there so much earlier that they were still better. And then Sigurd could solo anyways so lol.
  14. It's not a flip-flop. I said those were the two likeliest possibilities in my first post because the other, third, possibility was that the mafia just chose to idle their kill, which I didn't think was worth considering even in the least. So Bearclaw getting DayCopped is likeliER than that, but still not all that probable IMO.
  15. If SB was mafia and pretended that his NK was a vigshot, the 1-shot Vig role would still be in the game, and someone would have it today, and would therefore have CCed him (unless another scum received the role, but he'd eventually get CCed when a townie got the role). He's almost certainly town. It is possible that both him and the mafia targeted Bearclaw, but I think that's unlikely, because Bearclaw doesn't strike me as a good NK target or even a good Day Rolecop target.
  16. We haven't had the Tracker claim yet. That should be one of Prims/Darros/Kay/Shinori, as those slots haven't claimed yet. Their inactivity is slightly frustrating because PoE is giving me the feeling that those last three might be the scumteam.
  17. I decided that the "too many scumreads" thing wasn't that great. I'm not a fan of your posts about Objection near the end of last phase, but something about the tone of your posts this game reads more likely to be town to me. You sounded a lot more... serious? in C9++ and Drafters than you do here. Not exactly sure how to explain it. I don't agree with the Refa case though. Additionally, my feeling is that the mafia chose to use Ninja last night, since the plan was for T/W to act last night. This required them to outpredict the Doc, and as Refa was, I think, the person most people in the thread thought was town, they chose to go for Prims, who also looked town IMO. So I think there's a pretty decent chance you blocked the NK.
  18. It would be highly silly for scum!Objection to pick a random target instead of picking me or one of his buddies. Yeah, he could be caught in a lie, but tbh I don't think he will be. Objection also is not very active, and waiting around for him to come while letting people attack potential clears is a waste of time IMO.
  19. Well, I've only played through maybe a quarter of the game (really should get back to it), but it's not all that difficult (unfortunately, never played the DS FEs either, so can't really compare to those). I would maybe rate it somewhere between HNM and EHM? Don't be alarmed at one and two stat levels- the growths in the game are VERY low. I think I got like one 3-stat level in all the maps I played? To give you an idea, the lord has the highest DEF growth in the game- at a measly 18%. I can also forward some mechanics info that Othin sent me when I first started playing (or just look at my BS playthrough thread). I was doing it semi-blind to keep it interesting, but if you want to make sure you don't miss anything, I'd recommend looking at YayMarsha's youtube videos. I found them helpful whenever I got stuck. Note: if you're going to be emulating, for me, the FoW didn't show up. The first FoW map was highly confusing because of this, because it looked to me like enemies were appearing literally out of nowhere. Keep that in mind.
  20. As for my Kay vote, I said the bit about her not being there for weekends pre-emptively because I thought somebody else would otherwise, to show that I didn't really care if she wasn't going to be here for the next day or two. It's unfortunate that she won't, but I don't have another scumread to vote for at the moment.
  21. I didn't twist the numbers to take out the lurky members. I took out the members who literally did not have a single content post, because you can't call someone scummy when the extent of their contributions in the thread has been to put down an RVS vote. More importantly, Strege himself would never do so because he's expressed in several games now that he doesn't like voting inactives or even lurkers early on. Objection should out his target, as should the Doc, since the mafia kill was apparently blocked.
  22. Bleh. Well, as Bearclaw made a very odd choice of nightkill, the two likeliest possibilities are: a) He was Day-Rolecopped by the mafia, and they killed him since power role. b) He was Vigged, and the mafia's NK was blocked by either the Doctor, the Hooker, or the BPV. Anyways, we should all claim our roles from last night and what we did with them if we could. I was a vanilla. For now, ##Vote: Kay. Reasons from last day stand, since she didn't post anything after. Unfortunately she's unlikely to do so any time soon since it's the weekend.
  23. CR, when you have a bulletproof unit, I don't think they go in the RNG twice. It's still only one character, just with two lives.
  24. Hello, folks. Look at the person whom you're voting for to be the best character in Archanea. Now back to Navarre. Now back to your vote. Now back to NAVARRE. Sadly, they might not be Navarre. But if you stopped voting for Palla and started voting for him, they would be him. Now look down. Look back up. Where are you? You're in a voting contest, with Navarre, the person you could be voting for to be the best character in Archanea! What's in your hand? Back at Navarre. In his hand, is an oyster with two tickets to that thing you love. Look again. The tickets are now diamond! Anything is possible when you're voting Navarre to be the best character in Archanea and not Palla. He's on a horse (reclass ftw).
