Higher avoid? Seriously, I have no clue. I guess he's one of the better subs. He's better than someone like Asaello anyways. He actually becomes okay with the Pursuit Ring, if you choose to give it to him. Plus he's pretty good against Dragon Riders.

Also, intelligence =/= being good at FE. I'm probably smarter than the average person here, by book smarts anyways, and probably worse than the average person here at FE.

She ORKOs, but she eats a counter a fair amount of times. Her concrete durability is okay, (although yes, Noish gives her slightly better stats there too), but IMO the evasion the +35% SPD gives is better. Either way though, the difference is pretty minimal, but I always hear OMG Noish!Fee is awesome!!!!! and Levin!Fee is simply the somewhat decent consequence of Levin!Sety. Maybe I just get annoyed because I like Levin. Whatever.

For what it's worth, I did read dondon's guide when he posted it, and found it interesting. I just chose not to post on it because the playstyle by which he was ranking characters was so alien to mine, and some of the stats (mainly expected levels) were so different from what I knew that I couldn't possibly have made any contribution. And since I was quite a bit less argumentative back then, I decided to just read and stay silent.

She gets Continue with Levin. She gets Charge with Noish. I dunno why some people think Noish!Fee is better than Levin!Fee. Admittedly, I've never used her, but she has only +1 STR and 15% growth on Levin!Fee, but without the +5 STR convo in C10. And then Levin gives her +35% SPD too. Plus, at least the way I play, Levin gets way more exp than Noish does. I like Fee. She can go Claude and become a flying Libro, or have pretty good combat with Levin/Noish. 9/10.

Tier lists can be useful for the purposes of a very short guide if that is their intent. For example, when I first started playing FE, I looked up a FE7 tier list just to see if the characters I liked were any good, or worth using. I didn't need to know how to use them well, or any tips, just whether or not they could be. So I looked up near the top, saw Raven, and gave him a shot that I might not otherwise have given him.
