  1. To be honest, that's exactly what I though, when I played that chapter. But still, his actions are still strange, such his mocking behavior or the fact that he attacked Corrin, when Corrin simply wanted to talk. Honestly, I always though that I would be more fitting if it was Saizo the boss of the chapter, rather than Yukimura. That attitude fits Saizo way more than Yukimura.
  2. Actually, Yukimura's behavior in Chapter 8 is weird. Remember that in Conquest, Yukimura is one the least hostile against Corrin, and Corrin actually betrayed Hoshido in Conquest. Yet, in Revelations, when Corrin refuses to choose a side, Yukimura is incredibly hostile and mocking towards Corrin. You can't deny that it comes as off as quite strange and out of character. He had no reason to act like that, if he wasn't hostile when Corrin choose Nohr.
  3. But here's the interesting thing about almost everyone the same team, Using a Pokemon that no is expecting or prepared for can destroy entire teams. Ever heard of the Pachirisu Champion? It's a great example of that. And if you pay attention, in the list I posted, one Pokemon sticks out like a sore thumb: Lilligant. I'm pretty sure Lilligant the reason this guy ranked so high. Many of his opponents weren't prepared for a Pokemon like Lilligant. Lilligant can very powerful with the right setup. Ever heard of Quiver Dance?
  4. To be fair, in official tournaments, Nintedo sometimes ban the Pokemon on the Champion's team, and also ban the Pokemon that were most commonly used in the tournament.
  5. Best kid in the game! His lines may not be very unique, but their delivery fits Shiro's character perfectly.
  6. Oh, was that it?I thought the backers were actually ignoring the game. Then again, they did pay for it, so I guess they will at least try it.
  7. Actually meter is just the American English version of the word. Metre is used in the rest of the english-speaking countries.
  8. Some bit of news came today: http://www.siliconera.com/2016/05/30/mighty-no-9-platform-survey-deadline-extended-june-1-2016/ That's...kinda sad actually. I almost feel sorry for Comcept, but they dug their own grave.
  9. Sadly, I think we are returning to the Tauros vs Tauros days:
  10. Odin and Felicia are already married? Cause Felicia is probably Leo's best wife in Conquest, but Nyx is also a good idea. Xander is a monster, when paired-up with Berserker Charlotte. Selena is a tough one. It's not really a question of who she is the best mother, but rather of who she won't screw up. Laslow/Azura works pretty well, Soleil appreciates the Speed boost, but it will make her a tad fragile. While Elise is Odin's best wife, if Odin is already married, Elise works well as Niles's wife and Nina's mother. It makes Nina a pretty good magic user.
  11. Or better yet, Takumi: I've meat to post yesterday, but I forgot.
  12. How it's not easy to remember? They are the worde "metre" plus another, metre kilometre centimetre nanometre millimetre micrometre decimetre As you can see, all of them are just the word plus "metre". Incredibly easy to remember, since it's all you need to memorize is the first part. Why would remember the entire word, if they have same four last letters? As I said before, just remember the prefix. And the prefixes are even shorter than the words on the Imperial system. Making the Metric system easier to remember than the Imperial. EDIT: As I was editing my post, BBM posted the same explanation as me. Ninja'd.
  13. To be fair, it's very specific situation.Besides, it can be easily fixed by creating your own terms. I remember that one of my Law teachers, who was a man that used to be in the army, actually adressed this fact last semester. He said that when soldiers in the army actually create their own words when a word is to long. It also helps in confusing the enemy as they no have idea of what you are talking about.
  14. Personally I prefer Metric. There's little reason to Imperial, other than simply being the one you're used to. Metric is much more simpler and more precise, besides it uses much more simpler numbers. The names may be longer, but they much easier to remember and to tell the difference between dimensions.
  15. If I'm not mistaken, it was the Lion King, in 1994. And yes, Mufasa's death scarred me. I cried so much! It was heartbreaking! And I had nightmares about it! Scar and the hyenas didn't scare me at all but those wildebeest haunted me!
  16. I agree that it doesn't have to be the same system as Fates, and even though it doesn't play that much of a huge role in gameplay, I think the online multiplayer aspect helps the game. And base conversations can still happen. But then again, like you said, there are other ways to solve the multiplayer issue. Finding a balance between story and gameplay it's harder than I thought.
  17. Perhaps, but the problem with the camp scenario is the issue with resources, which is what encourge players to visit other players's castles.
  18. The encampment is an interesting idea, but I was thinking something along the lines of ancient magical fortress that is able to move. It could play interesting roles on the story. For example, while it would provide food and a place to stay, it would be also a huge building that is difficult to move, forcing the army to take other routes. It would something that has both pros and cons in a war situation.
  19. Let's try my real name first: Pretty cool, but while two letters L? Now let's try my username: ...... I'm not perverted! And I'm a mage, not an archer!
  20. I ignore it too. Don't get me wrong, I think MyCastle is an amazing addition to the series, and I hope it returns in future games. But it's rather difficult to put something like in a story. You know, if it returns in the next game, maybe they could make something like a "Moving Fortress" or something similar. It could work in a story if used well.
  21. So I've found this fan theory about Hydra!Cap: It would explain things I suppose, but it would still be a cheap and idiotic plot, it would still be an incredibly stupid twist and it's still offensive and insulting to Captain America's legacy. Sorry about the big image, spoiler tags weren't working for some reason.
  22. To be fair, Ryoma is more of a dodge tank. And he still has somewhat low defenses, what makes him different from Hana, is that he can actually take more than two hits.
  23. We all saw this one coming: Speaking of the Daredevil one, after the Hydra!Cap stunt, I can actually see Marvel pulling that one off. And that scares me.
  24. Even more memes: And my personal favorite: A beautiful sight, isn't it?
  25. Renall already explained a bit, but I'll talk as well.Remember that Sakura starts as staff locked unit. For a healer, 30% Str growth, 30% Def growth and 45% HP growth is actually very impressive. Most healers in Fire Emblem would love to have those stats. She's not going to kill everything in one hit, but she can heal while dealing considerable damage and can afford to take a hit or two. That makes her a very useful and reliable unit.
