  1. Does anyone here has the japanese version of Sun and Moon? There's something I want to confirm, but it's a bit of a spoiler: Could anyone with the japanese version confirm if this is true or not?
  2. Actually you can look in the GTS for Pokemon you haven't seen yet. When you look at the list of Pokemon by letter at the GTS, under Z there's a part where it says "What Pokemon?" Click on that, and type the name of the Pokemon you want. Even you haven't seen it, you can still search for the Pokemon on the GTS. From example, you have the Moon version, right? So haven't see Solgaleo, right? Just type his name on "What Pokemon?" and you will be able to look for it, even if you never have seen it.
  3. Could walking Pokemon really return? I wonder what they would do with larger Pokemkon such as Wailord and Celesteela.
  4. Speaking of Ryuki, he's probably the first Dragon type specialist that isn't part of a lineage of Dragon type users not he is the kind of Dragon type user who delivers some philosophical speech about the relationship of people and Pokemon. From the looks of it, Ryuki uses Dragon types simply because he thinks they are awesome. That's pretty refreshing and original actually, and it makes him stand out from other Dragon users.
  5. Maybe he was meant to have a bigger role? Perhaps he was going to be Captain for the Dragon Trial? In the story, it is said that all Trial Captains have to be younger than 20, and Ryuki certainly looks younger than 20.
  6. He's one of the challengers for the Champion Defense Match. There are 10 different characters that can challenge after the Elite Four rematches.
  7. Remember the concept arts I showed before? I found one more! This time is Ryuki's and Rotom's concept art! And there's actually a lot of notes about Ryuki!
  8. Speaking if Anju, it's implied that her mother is pushing for Anju to give up marrying Kafei, and her mother is the first to imply that Kafeu might have ran away with Cremia. It's also implied that Anju's mother had a very unhappy. Watch this video at 4:29 This scene implies that Anju grew up in a very unhappy household with her parents constantly fighting.
  9. Why don't you have the Pokemon hold the Damp Rock? You can easly get one in Malie City. It's in the Malie Comunity Center, which beside the Library. Go into a room with a Youngster, a Beauty and a Probopass, and talk to the Beauty. Answer her quiz correctly and she will give you all four Weather Rocks.
  10. Rain caused by Rain Dance and ofher weather effect caused by moves will attract the Weather S.O.S Pokemon, so you can use Rain Dance to make them appear. They are rather rare, so it will take a while.
  11. I just realized how much Sun and Moon favors the Popplio line. I mean, four important trainers are weak to Primarina's type, the Totem Pokemon that it's strong against Water is not early in the game, you can get the TM for Scald ridiculously early, you get the Waterium Z really early as well, Guzma specializes in Bug types which Primarina resists because it is part Fairy, and even the Elite Four is mostly weak to Primarina's type, I mean two of them uses types that are weak against Primarina's type combination and Primarina can learn Ice Beam to deal with another member of the Elite Four. That's 3 Elite Four members that Primarina has the upper hand. Thane the trainer in the Battle Tree that was giving you trouble was Youth Athlete Gabriella, wasn't it? She was the 18th Trainer I faced in the Battle Tree, and I sweeped her team without having a single one of my Pokemon fainting. Rest easy now, for you have been avenged.
  12. To add to that, Lucina was originally going to be a palette swap of Marth, much like Alph is a palette swap of Olimar. Really, Lucina just got lucky.
  13. Actually, I don't think the ReDeads of Ikana Castle do that actually. I'm not so sure, so I could be wrong.
  14. I sorta included Gibdos and ReDeads when I talked about the Shadow Temple and the Bottom of the Well, but thinking about it, ReDeads and Gibdos are in their own class of creepy, the combination of those moans and screams are really scary. And here's an interesting bit of trivia: In the 64 games, Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask, if you kill a ReDead in a place with other ReDeads, the surviving ReDeads will ignore Link and they start gathering around the body of the killed ReDead, and they will crouch by the body, as if they either mourning their lost companion or eating it's body. That's some horror game stuff right there. Try it at the Adult Link Market in Ocarina of Time, and you will see what I'm talking about.
  15. Let's see... The incredibly unsettling eel and that freaking, fucking piano from Super Mario 64. Plus Big Boo's Haunt is a pretty scary in general. In Ocarina of Time, the Stalchildren that appear at night in Hyrule Field terrified me as a kid. There's also the Forest Temple and it's very creepy atmosphere and creepy music. The Shadow Temple and the Bottom of the Well. Those are really disturbing places with blood everywhere and that horrifying, nightmarish Dead Hand. That thing wouldn't be out of place in a horror game. How did Ocarina of Time got an E rating again? Majora's Mask is a game with a creepy atmosphere in general, but there are particularly disturbing moments. Such as the alien attack, Link being cursed into a Deku Scrub by Skull Kid, Ikana Canyon in general, Link's horribly unsettling Elegy of Emptiness statue, hell even before Ben Drowned that thing terrified me. There's also Last Five Hours of the Final Day. It really gives you that feeling that's like "The world is ending, and you can't do anything to stop it". And the music of the Last Five Hours, which gives a very hopeless feeling. And of course almost all Majora and Skull Kid moments. Majora's theme is also incredibly creepy. And the peaceful meadow inside the Moon is just downright unsettling. And then there are the masked moon children and their questions. The Old Chateau in Pokemon DPPt, the Disortion World and Origin Giratina appearing in the Spear Pillar. Plus there are those disturbing Pokedex entries. The World of Drawcia in Kirby: Canvas Curse and Drawcia Soul. Speaking of Kirby, there's also Marx horrifying death scream, Zero's eye popping off and the amount of blood that comes out. Zero Two is just as creepy and there's the happy face it makes at the start of the battle. There are other creepy Kirby moments and I wanted to mention some creepy moments in the Metroid and Mother series, but this list would become too long. And I just realized that this is all from Nintendo games. You know, from a company that is know for being kid-friendly, Nintendo can make some really creepy stuff. They are suprisingly good at horror.
  16. Talk to the Veteran in the Thrifty Megamart. And this page tells where to find the trainers: http://www.serebii.net/sunmoon/eeveequest.shtml
  17. I had forgotten about the Eeveevolution sidequest, so I completed it today. ... ... Why is this sidequest so depressing?
  18. Probably because they aren't in towns and don't feel as...streamlined.And the Totem Pokemon are very different as bosses compared to the Gym Leaders. This. It's also worth noting that Kanto is only in GSC because of some technological wizardry by Iwata. If weren't for him, Kanto wasn't even going to be in the game. The game simply couldn't handle more.
  19. Why now? I know the Marvel Cinematic Universe is popular, but it was already popular by the MVC3 was released, and the Marvel characters were all based on the comics. But it wouldn't suprise me if the cinematic universe affected some character choices.
  20. It's impossible that that woman is either Link's mother or sister, considering this Link has been sleeping in an ancient ruin for many years.
  21. New episode! And a very suprising appearance at the end!
  22. Yeah, I just recently remembered that penguins have feathers so small and smooth that it looks like fur. Dumb moment on my part, because it was something I knew. But what really suprised was actually the fact that it has feathers at all. I always thought that Empoleon's flippers were made of steel. Then again, those Empoleon's feathers could be like Skarmory's feathers which are made of steel.
  23. I'm talking about Japan and different standards. To many japanese men, cute and sexy go hand in hand. I mean, it's the reason idols are so popular there, but their carrer ends by the time they become. As I saying before, it has a lot do with what Japan considers what is attractive in a women.Perhaps I'm being to judgemental of Japan, but knowing their standards when it comes female beauty, it's tend to look at some japanese artists with a bit of negativity when they draw young girls.
