I have no idea. BLS has a pretty beast desktop to run Dolphin full speed... but that's pretty much a REALLY powerful computer. I don't think you'll be able to get your audio not choppy if it's not going full speed.

It's either a better computer or use FRAPS earlier than 3.0, check the "No Sync", and "limit by FPS", and have Dolphin in Debug mode (have a "/d" after Dolphin.exe in a command prompt or shortcut) to less than 4 FPS to have the sound synced from an audio dump in a video editor.
