  1. Hayato is consistently stronger than all of the magic weapon users. And Horse spirit.
  2. Because people simply don't understand Paralogue 1 should be partially saved for Hayato. Him and a tank, preferably Rinkah, can easily destory the entire upper half of the map. Chapter 9 has armor and cavaliers, and Hayato already starts to be useful there if he got to level 3 or something. dude safely one rounds the toughest enemies in the game (Wyverns/Generals/GKs) without any help, with Rally Speed and a dual striker, easily does the same vs Zerks. I say he is easily mid-high, only stopping short of the high tier because of the minumum babying and slightly shaky hit rate.

Even when not using Ryoma the curve is awkward. chapter 14 is reasonably challenging but the game gives up after you kill charlotte... i mean at first i thought the three dragon veins that were lolop on easy would play a different role in lunatic, where i'd need to save them for later reinforcements. but that never happened. C15 used that strategy, tho. But once you got past the halfway point of the map it's not bad. then the game kinda forgets that on Lunatic stuff will be promoting earlier and it takes until C21 for the game to understand the kind of units it should be throwing at you... Ryoma-less, C21 can be hard as long as you don't choose to cheese it by flying or by raising a bolt axe!Oni. C22 is already the real deal.
  4. I also had difficulty with BR! Chapter 11, TC. I found that the key to beating the chapter is to bait the last wave of fliers (with boss and a few promoted units to the centermost area of the map and activate the dragon vein to force them to slowly go through a more defensible area. Chapter 21 was only a bit hard because a) i didn't try to do a Rinkah pseudo-solo. She paired with my Hayato could ORKO the stoneborn with ease while taking little to no damage from everythign else b) Easy mode woes - i jumped from normal to lunatic, and was expecting the aftermath of the boss's first attack to eventually fade. Chapter 23 was also hard up until the flier reinforcements pop up. i could hold the reinforcements from the left side for a while, taking some care to deal with the mixed waves of Dark knights and physical units, but the ones that slipped by the upper part into the right part were the troublesome ones. Then suddenly the chapter was just mages, mages on horses and mages on wyversn and it became super easy. Havent gone past 24 tho. 14 was also very difficult to me cuz i didn't use Ryoma and all.
  5. Setsuna is easily the better archer between her and Takumi. Unless you are fighting super fast enemies (ninjas, samurai) OR High def enemies (Knight line) she should be outperforming Takumi due to her ability to double. since she can easily deal more than half of what Takumi pulls off with his better STR and Fujin Yumi, well... Since archers are player phase units, she only needs enough defense/HP to survive one hit.
  6. i find it funny that the translation of the routes is matching my pace. i mean, i've just beat 12 in both routes... : ( oh well. thanks for this! also, question, what's the actual schedule for these patches? i imagine the priority is finishing the main story of both routes, then invisible kingdom, followed by paralogues, then support conversations alongside misc stuff like skinship text and level up quotes... and lastly DLC. that's it, right?
  7. ah, yes, definitively worth doubling back, especially because i didn't get the big prize from visiting all the houses in the show chapter (8, i think). I'm running low on money...
  8. But i defeated Ryouma and that's when the chapter ended! not the end of turn 16, and there were still mooks
  9. I think there is a mistake on the Mission Objective of Nohr 12. It said "Rout the enemy or Break Through in 16 turns" I defeated Ryouma on turn 15, and he wasn't the last man standing. I hadn't sent Kamui to "break through" too... but the chapter ended! Damn. i still had mooks to kill, and worse, the right-most chest wasn't open yet. Isn't "Rout the Enemy" supposed to be "Defeat Boss", here? Also, anyone know what was in that chest i missed? I have only the armorslayer... i made a separate save afterwards, so if it isn't anything special i'll just move on.
  10. you need to play a bit strategically. Like donnel, its really a good idea to invest on a forge for her, first, though i don't recall if you can get it ASAP. make sure to use a Kunai or Shuriken to weaken your foes both in raw HP and Defense for Mozume to hit. Make sure to have someone that is strong as Mozume's Attack Stance partner, for ex Effie. and of course, pick your targets well. Though do remember to have someone who she could pair-up for a speed boost, as Mozume double-attacking could end up stronger than what her attack partner would do if you are doing a grindless Hoshido, oboro's Defense seal is awesome to help mozume. People tend to forget about it but tonics exists. Speed tonic and Strength tonic are good for her.
  11. question, you are leaving all the "personality" translations (supports, my castle banters, rubbing minigame, level up quotes) to the last patch, right?

  13. bah, give up on this for today. i just found out that text IS the actual readme. useless as i though.
  14. i am having a similar problem to Complexity (the one that posted the xorpad pics) the site you referred us to is useless. "make" is a file without extension so i have no idea about what to do with it. the readme for some ridiculous reason is NOT a txt file, though i get the feeling it would be useless even if it worked. and then there is the fact that decrpyt9 seems to allow you to decript but the patch's readme (to me anyways) implies the only thing we will use the program for is to get xorpads, WHILE still mentioning it needs description (my english must be failing me... ugh). Does this mean the patcher or somehtign decrpypts automatically or will i need to do it via decrypt9 too? .... can't someone post a video...??? sorry to impose...

  16. i imagined we'd just need to run the patcher to apply the patch to the rom, but all of those steps are flying completely over my head.... ugh, this will take a while : (
  17. finish the last chapter in 7 turns or less and you will get a different fate.
