  1. Yeah, it generally depends on the game. Like for Awakening, since you can work up to A in any Weapon, I find Great Knights more useful there, but I can see how one might prefer units that can use a single weapon if it can get that one weapon to a higher rank~
  2. 4* Mathilda was my free pull~ Fodder for...something, I guess~
  3. FFS, I just need to see if the Units will interest me enough to break from my Halloween storage~
  4. Well, if it's higher than Inferno, Imma just pass on that~
  5. I try to give units I have multiple copies of different colored Hearts in the Favorites Menu to keep me from confusing them but that still sucks >_> Same, it's like there's always one character I want that ruins me and I struggle between wanting certain Legendary Heroes or not wanting them so I don't whale out on them, SIGH
  6. I even went to check the map myself and it didn't sound like it to me but I'm probably just deaf~ Also yes for Pantsless Marth, I'm waiting~ I got them and am up to 117 Orbs, I don't think I've ever had that many~ I'm trying to hard to save for the Halloween Lolis, or at least have enough so the new Banners don't leave me high and dry by then~
  7. Twitter says the answer to today's question is B, God bless them~
  8. True, it depends on the game, but I generally find myself rarely using Paladins as opposed to Great Knights~
  9. I use Great Knights far more than Paladins since they have more Weapon options~
  10. But there's more to Lolita Clothing than just the gothic style. There's Classic, Sweet, Punk, Hime, Sailor, etc. Nowi reminds me of the Sweet or possibly Classic Style since she always has the big pink bows and laces on her outfits~
  11. Well, I actually like the name, it just always struck me as odd especially since Dark Flier wasn't called Falcon in Awakening but it was in Fates, but the Falicorn thing does make some sense~ I do think Unicorn Knight would have sounded pretty strange so I'm actually glad they went with Falcon XD
  12. Yeah I really like Base Convos, I like it when it feels like every character somehow has importance which I think a good portion of games do well, so I hope they can pull it off for Three Houses, too~
  13. I've unfortunately never had the pleasure of playing through Radiant Dawn myself (have seen playthroughs, though). But as for characters of his personality, I like them. I like characters that are harsh and cold if they have reasons and it's not just to be Edgy AF for the sake of it. And I adore his relationship with Ike and how much he trusts him and wants to fight by his side (I love bromace duos like this) so I do hope we see more of this type of personality in Three Houses~
  14. I hadn't mentioned her but Caeda was a good unit for me, too, it was near the end that I began to rely mostly on Palla~ I tried to get Yubello to work with Yumina but he kept falling behind ;~; I'm at least glad Yumina ended up well and Linde was also pretty good. I'm sure they will! I'm convinced with enough determination, anyone in Echoes can be a monster. XD Python went from being two shot in the first two turns of every battle to promoted and with the squadron on the Endgame map ;3
  15. They need to be close in age. They can't be related. For parents, they give a non-tragic hair color to the child (we can't be embarrassing the kiddos out here in them streets)~ I just like them as a pair~ They don't have to be the "most romantically compatible" Support-wise, some couples I just end up finding really cute, so I'll end up keeping them together~
  16. In Awakening, Olivia surprisingly became very good. So did Henry, Cynthia, Inigo, and Severa. Fates: Oboro was surprisingly good in Birthright, she really ended up doing a lot of work. Selkie started a little rough, but she also ended up being pretty good~ For Conquest, I know beast units are generally good but Lord, Velouria is a monster. There were times she was the sole survivor on a map and ended up clearing the rest of it completely solo or in a Pair-Up with someone just to block hits to keep her alive. It's likely in part because she's my Corrin's daughter but FFS, she's crazy. Heroes of Light and Shadow: Dad Jeorge and Ryan made me get over my bias against Bow users (I've never cared for them). I was also shocked at how Palla became one of my best units as a Dracoknight and Xane was FXXKING amazing. I just constantly had him transform into myself (since MU was pretty OP) and it was just a slaughterfest. Feena also became pretty good, as did Merrick and Yumina (I tried hard AF to make them work). Echoes: Literally everyone. Seriously, Jessie was a monster, Delthea went from fragile AF to a crit machine, Claire was insane, Conrad was insane. Faye could actually take hits as a Saint. Python and Leon went from scrubs to actually being useful. It was truly the game of units you thought were useless ending up hard carrying.
  17. Always the Fire Starter for my first playthrough~ Subsequent playthroughs, I've used: Chikorita All Hoenn Starters Piplup All Unova Starters All Kalos Starters All Alola Starters Can't remember using Squirtle, Bulbasaur, Turtwig, or Totodile~
  18. The ones I like the most and best suit the team. I don't like repeat types so I have to REALLY like the design of something if I'll use it alongside another mon of the same type~ But stats and the like don't matter for the Story mode to me, I've played with an Emolga in White, as long as I like the design, I'll go with it~ Only thing I won't use are Legendaries unless it's for a Major Plot related battle, but I prefer not to make the game a cakewalk~
  19. It wouldn't bother me to go back to a good old-fashioned Dragon pair~ We haven't seen them since Gen 5 and people were saying they were tired of them then so I feel like I'd be fine to see a Dragon pair again since it's been 2 Generations by now~ Though, a Fairy pair would be just as nice, IMO~
