She's also probably going to have the Knight and possibly Leg rings, which allows her to do a crapton more. She also can actually fight, but that doesn't do much because she sucks at combat. Not to mention she can make epic Leens and Corples. (especially if she fucks Levin or her brother Claude) 10/10, easily. Even if she had points docked she'd get +1 for bias because she's my favorite dancer in the series. Also, best quote ever: "Good little gi... You ever see a little girl with THESE before!? Not just because he's the wind god reincarnate. He truly is indestructable. He has Continue and Critical, and a really awesome Speed and Magic growth. He starts weak but it doesn't do much to hurt him because he has the Anphony bandits to solo, and then he can proceed to obliterate Fury's Squad while he sits atop Evans to recruit her. Levin is the best foot unit in the game because he has innate 1-2 Range, and promotes to use most staves, barring Rescue, Reserve, and Valkyrie. He also has the greatest trick up his sleeve: Holsety. While he only has it for a chapter and a half, he still dominates. With Holsety, his Continue and Critical rates skyrocket, and his Avoid also increases. Not to mention the Sage's 30 Speed cap, which he will always hit, so Levin is running around with 50 Speed in Chapter 5, which is certainly doable. He's also the best father for Sety, Corple, and Arthur. He makes Arthur and Corple broken, and makes Sety even more broken. So 8.5/10, plus one point of bias because he recruits Fury, so 9.5/10 for me for Levin. He's just that good.

Ursula has some pretty good defenses and is tough to kill. She also can beat the fuck out of everyone with Bolting. Plus, <3 9/10

If you're going to use two different tile types (like in the empty entrance area), make it more decorated. Having some of the tiles in the entrance and not using them again is sloppy.

The contrast in his hair is really stark. Tone it down a little. Also, the shoulder pad's coloration is awkward. The shades don't match. Roy looks good, save for a few awkward pixels near his eyebrows.

Not like I care if you ban me from your competition considering I don't map. You're an ass because you're being stubborn. You didn't include in the rules that only GBA tilesets were to be used. Instead, you decide to bitch and moan about the fact that Celice used a different tileset than usual. He still followed the parameters of the competition. And here are multiple people proving you wrong, yet you still decide to go down this path of asshattery. So take a step back, look at what you've caused, and stop being an idiot.
