Actually the wikia says the "number" exceed monsters(No17 Revise Dragon for example)need the materials to negate their negative effects(Revise Dragon can't declare a direct attack without a exceed material on him).

At best you'll have an unique gameplay experience, much better than any PS3/Xbox360 game has to offer. At worst you'll spent 40 hours playing a very good pokemon game.

It happens when i don't want it, i failed to catch a pokemon with a critical quick ball(4X)only to catch it on the second one(1X).

Sure a emerald remake would deserve a 90/40 on famitsu standarts!
But they won't release just one remake, so i'm giving up on "sky emerald".
By the way they will place the moving battles since it's a 5th gen improvement.
