  1. Patriots lost their starting LT for the season. Going to be interesting to see how the team changes its offensive philosophy with bowling ball swing tackle Marcus Cannon on Brady's blindside
  2. Why would you root for Peyton? Do you enjoy the wobbly ducks that leave his hand or something
  3. Lets fucking go Cincy. Fuck the Seahawks. Let's all pray for a game ending 60 yard FG from Tucker
  4. That personal foul that just got called on Cleveland is the biggest load of bullshit I've seen this season. Which is really saying something
  5. Yes.It looks to me like Tyrod is starting to regress. He suddenly can't stand in the pocket and easy throws look more difficult than they did 2-3 weeks ago
  6. Currently watching the games at 7:43 AM local time and slurping mimosas. This is the life I need
  7. My fantasy teams are a combined 7-1 so I can't complain about this season. Show me da money
  8. That's still not a terrible group of skill players. You're correct, they're above average at best, but plenty of teams have made runs with worse at the position. Just look at the Patriots' WR depth chart in 2006 when they lost an absolute shootout in the AFC Championship. The top receiver was fucking wide eyed Reche Caldwell (who also dropped a sure TD while completely uncovered late in that game) The year after that was when Wes Welker and Randy Moss were brought in. The rest is history...?
  9. Yeah but you guys had Pitta back in 2012. People underestimate how important a TE that can catch the ball and block decently is to an offense. Who was the leading RB for the Ravens that year? I'm too lazy to look it up
  10. So Vick makes a beautiful throw, Antonio Brown drops it, then he takes an inexcusable sack that knocks the Steelers out of FG range? I almost feel compelled to stay up tonight and watch how this game ends
  11. Steelers D looked pretty brutal toward the end of that drive. I can't believe they aren't doubling Steve Smith every play
  12. Re: The Bills Defense, both Tom Brady and the specific gameplan were the top reasons for the Pats' offensive success. Tom typically had the ball out of his hand in less than 2 seconds on a ton of plays. He obviously knows the offense incredibly well, and knows both where his receivers will be and where he's going with the ball. Even facing pressure, he can deliver an accurate pass to a receiver who hasn't made a break in his route yet. That's typically the gameplan the offense has used against top defenses the past decade. Your offensive line doesn't have to block for as long for passing plays; the run game is essentially used as a change of pace and for short distance conversions. Dion Lewis fits the RB role for this offense insanely well, and he'll be featured plenty in games that are close. Barring injury, it's hard to see the Bills missing the playoffs this year. Granted, we're less than 1/4 of the way into the season and things can change quickly.
  13. Yo Horace, if ur having trouble with this map u should hack in a RR!Karel and use him as your Roy. Or pull an Espinosa and "engineer" a Marcus double crit
  14. If all of our offensive skill players manage to remain healthy (always a huge if, obviously) I can't see a way for the offense to be stopped. There are too many offensive threats and the offensive line has held up well so far. Even against top defensive lines, Tom Brady has an insane arsenal of short passing weapons at his disposal that are tough to compete with play to play. This is thanks in no small part to Dion Lewis. The guy has looked incredibly explosive and has been utilized as a true 3 down back. It's hard to imagine he was out of football last year after being cut by the Browns. I'm really hoping everyone stays healthy and we ride this offense to another 1 seed in the playoffs
  15. The AFC North sure has fallen. I wouldn't be shocked if three AFC East teams made the playoffs now. The Bengals could cruise to a division title at this rate
  16. All I can ask for from the NFL today is for Steve Smith to slap the shit out of Pacman Jones
  17. That's fine and dandy, but my point is does it really matter if the defense gives up 150 yards rushing to an old man if they play well in the red zone and give up 21 points? I'm going to opt for no
  18. Man, I wish MY physical being occupied no actual space. And that I could turn into a dragon with a stone
  19. And your defense decided not to cover Gronk at all on one play. I guess that means they're the worst defense ever, right? I mean, come on. Back to your own goal line and you can't even line up across from the top offensive weapon in the game? Lol
  20. Right, I bet you'd enjoy using that 2 game sample size as definitive proof lol. Like I said, the run D suffered when Dominque Easley was injured. But from a talent perspective, the Patriots have a better defense
