I just logged in today after a long time without posting and found out my IP is BANNED for no reason

I am using a proxy right now so I can post this, and it's pretty bothersome

there must be a mistake for sure, as you can see my account is not banned,

(and I have never been banned or warned before )

can you help with my problem plzz??
