Soren and Ilyana are complete garbage. Zero durability and require precious early game bexp that Marcia/Jill/Boyd make better use of. Tormod needs a big bexp dump, but he joins right after the desert map, so it's perfect. Celerity makes him the best staff user. Calill's bases and weapon ranks are incredible. She and Tormod have a fast support together too. Bastian is okay filler if you have a bunch of siege tomes lying around.

Still 1900 if you understand bexp increments. Edward can't even double everything in the prologue loool. He doesn't have the luxury of battle save abusing for level ups, so he's not staying relevant past chapter 3.

I feel like I'm being trolled. These are his growth rates: hp: 84 str: 79.75 mag: 19 skl: 91 spd: 87.75 luk: 79.75 def: 57.75 res: 51 I've never had to reset more than three times for a perfect level up (perfect being all non-capped stats except for magic).

You not using him doesn't make him a bad candidate for transfers. Edward is a terrible unit on hard mode. Tier 1 units in general are not getting much use.

Sothe is forced for the entire game.

He gets +4 HP/+2 Str/+13 Luck/+6 Def/+7 Res. Yet leveling a character to 20/20 for +2 is so worth it. I don't even.

Kieran transfers are completely pointless. Soren transfers are okay but he's stuck with shitty caps for a while unless you waste a crown on him. Zihark and Gatrie don't need them. You need to save 1900 bexp for Sothe. He gets more out of it than anyone else.

Last run was a pretty awesome transfer run with the following: 5. Rolf (96) 4. Ike (122) 3. Boyd (125) 2. Marcia (145) 1. Titania (184) Marcia/Tit/Ike are always in the top 5.

Even with Mist, Ike cannot attack on player phase unless he starts the phase at full health. He cannot survive 2 Lunas, ever. Ena/Nasir exist as a "crutch" unit vs. Ashnard if you give them Wrath/Resolve, but they're still pretty awful since their avoid is not reliable even with Resolve active and you have to carefully manipulate their HP.

Male Kana is the cutest but Male Morgan has the best supports. As units, I don't care to use children so whatever.
