Why not just make the thieves free instead of having leftover units?

Zeiss/Miledy are the best units for Sacae since the enemy can't tell that they have the Delphi Shield equipped, and will prioritize attacking them. And there's always Douglas with his 20 base defense. I can't imagine raising Bors on HM.

They're all completely awful and unnecessary.

How do you get the bond drop on an emulator?
