  1. Yeah i'm pretty sure it's the special edition since they have a seprate version for Birthright for 45 euro's.
  2. To those still waiting i hope you get yours soon aswell.
  3. Did you guys immediately pay? I picked the option to pick it up in the store, so i'll have to pay when i pick it up.
  4. PINCH ME Huh, it's called ''Fire Emblem Fates Birthright Special Edition''.
  5. I can't take this tension. Where is iiiiiiiit.
  6. is it normal for a product to take so long to get updated/available for pre order after an announcement? i've never focused on something as much as i'm focusing on fates right now so i don't know if this is normal or not.
  7. Same here xD Thought it was because they had the SE and people were swarming their site. But still nothing...
  8. I assume all of Ryoma's soldiers got killed since Garon and Iago were there.
  9. After the fight with Ryoma, he says everything he's done has been for the good of everyone. I assume that includes helping with the invasion.
  10. You said Kamui shows remorse over the deaths at cheve. The difference is that Kamui didn't mean for those deaths to happen. The deaths of the Hoshidans during the invasion were meant to happen if up to Kamui(and it was). Those deaths were ''for the good of everyone'', as he says himself. Sorry if it's still not clear, i don't know how else to put it. Even if some Hoshidans don't listen to Hinoka, the game is still telling us Kamui is in the right and should be forgiven, through Hinoka's words.
  11. The difference is that those deaths aren't being portrayed as ''for the greater good'' and weren't supposed to happen if it were up to Kamui. The deaths of the Hoshidans during the invasion are supposed to happen if it's up to Kamui. Yes, as they should be. And then immediately after having said that Hinoka says she'll fix their views about you. That's the game telling us Kamui is in the right. And then in the next scene he's going to a banquet, without a care in the world. No consequences.
  12. It's not so much him reacting to deaths, it's him reacting to deaths that are the result of his actions, whether those deaths happen by his hand or not. By the game. He isn't showing remorse over those deaths. In fact, he ''excuses himself'' in front of Ryoma for having spared Hinoka and her soldiers, saying all of this has been for the good of everyone. edit: And as StrikeZero says, he faces no consequences. He's having a great time at the end when he's forgiven.
  13. When i say ok i mean Kamui isn't called out for those deaths. And that explanation doesn't work when there are battles where literally everyone survives.
  14. I can suspend disbelief when it comes to overkilling a unit during battles and they still survive, because that's a gameplay thing, but the thought of armies colliding and everyone surviving is just stupid.
  15. So are we still supposed to appreciate Kamui for not getting anyone killed in his battles during the invasion of Hoshido, even though Garon/Hans/Iago's armies are slaughtering anyone they come across? Those deaths are ok because Kamui isn't directly involved right?
  16. While i really dislike Nohr's overall story, there was one death that was done very well, and if i ignore all of the stupid shit that happens around it, it's just perfectly done.
  17. ^everything thane said This pretty much sums up my main problems aswell.
  18. Or maybe you two need to stop being so defensive and lighten up. I said in the OP that i know Corrin didn't mean it in a bad way.I find the line funny because Sakura is suffering for stupid plot reasons and that line makes it sound like Corrin isn't done giving her needless suffering. The writing is just so silly that this line stood out to me, in a funny way.
  19. Not if it's handled well. I wouldn't mind Conquest being a dark path(making Kamui dark as well), as long as the game acknowledges it.
