      Yes, the drinakble/potable water and electricty systems here are taken away because of rains/winds sometimes (and sometimes it doesn't even need rain/wind, just fixing some tubes/cables nearby). It's just crazy, I dunno how often that happens in your country (the states?).

      Eh i never really seen the water out because of rain in Colombia/States/Canada so i think thats why its a bit weird. Water doesn't always go out most of the time in those places.
