I forgot the guy's name (and which team he had), but not only did he have all stats capped on his units but also Sorcerer!Bord with a fake Imhullu, and Spy!Jagen*. However, his Jagen eventually couldn't even touch the people on my team.
*: Meaning he literally came out of nowhere and attacked my team (indirectly). I couldn't even see him on the map. His class was Paladin as far as I could tell.
Yeah, that's exactly what that Enrick person did. I should probably at least get the name to list them, however.
They may be increasing the range of their attacks to 3-10, but that doesn't make sense either, as when my Maria was attacked she fought back, survived his barrage, and actually killed one of his units...so I don't know what's going on.

I just want to know why people think that the trainees are bad characters. I don't even think they should be on this thread, I don't know of anyone who disregards their potential.

I'm think we should keep a record of every hacker that's out there prowling the wifi. Note, just being a hacker does not mean that they will automatically win - it is very possible to beat a hacker with the right strategy and successfully trained units.
Also, please do not mistake very hardcore players for Hackers.
Hackers:
-Completely capped out characters on low levels
-32 Movement or Above, or more than usual
-99 uses on weapons
-Imhullu
-Unnatural weapons - Torches, MIID _NULL, things not attainable in game
-Somehow being able to attack you without being on the map
Hardcores:
-Can have completely capped out characters, but usually not all of the stats, such as magic, are capped, and not all of the units in the party have completely capped out stats, and the characters are usually at level 20 or very near it.
-Normal Movement
-Normal weapons, often forged
If you have any data on hackers, I would love to have it. I am keeping a record of the ones I fight on wifi. If you see me, I am Enigma Eli. I am not a hacker, but I am hunting them, so understand I am using a semi-competitive team on 'With Anyone'.
Terms:
Spy - Being able to attack without being detectable on the Map, rendering opponents helpless against unseen blades.
Stacker - Being able to have two units occupy the same space, even allowing them to seize the castle with your unit on it.
Thief - Using the MIID_NULL item to duplicate weapons in their opponents inventory for their own use
MIID_NULL: An item that for some reason can be equipped and be used to attack, but it does nothing - literally, if your opponent uses it to attack you, they won't attack, but you'll attack back (if applicable). Somehow, though, unrelated to attacking (I think) it can also copy the items of anyone in view.
Spying and stakcing are due to the game's limitations on the 32+ movement that hackers obtain. Explained by Sylvan:
Let's say the opponent has 32 move. On there screen, they would see the game being played fine, they would move 32 spaces and attack you unit. However, on your screen, you'll only receive 20 or so move. That means, it'll look like they are attacking from 10 spaces away (in the fog)
Stacking units is much the same thing. On their screen, they took the fort. So to them they are on the fort and your unit would probably ! against theirs. However, on your screen, their unit's movement got cut off, so they aren't on the fort, allowing you to take it. Both people see their own unit on the fort, allowing stacking and stuff to happen.

I am offering a Mega Maria. She is completely capped out in whatever class she is, and she has an A in every weapon usable by whatever class she is. She also has a +2 in movement. She starts out as a Bishop.
Try her out, she doesn't dissapoint. And just in time for the Arena in Chapter 11.

Best: Lyon, hands down. Just awesome. With some steriods he ends up with 30s in just about everything.
Worst: Oliver. He's cool, and an awesome character, but in terms of the trial maps....He really sucks it up.

Wait so your almost done with your clock abuse? Do you forge weapons?
Yeah, I always forge. This run is my only clock hack run, so I thought I might as well make a team from it.
All my other teams have not been clock hacked, but I used save points to montior upgrades instead. Every team I have has forged weapons, though. I have 1 savepoint competitive squad, 2 average stat for-fun squad, and now my clockhack squad.

Does the maturity drop add to the base growth or the final growth? Say, if a char had a 0% at resistance in base and a class growth of -15%, if he got the maturity drop would he have a 10% in resistance or still a 0%?

Honestly I think Elice started this archetype. Seeing as after Est most have been magic users, and Elice is really the first awesome growth magic user and is ridiculously hard to use, I don't know why she isn't at least listed here.

Did some testing with alot of people and narrowed down the 12-21-12 1:26 time.

This would be a +7 for archerlena if the str were 5% lower.
That's a great find! A perfect upgrade for a Mature Maria in New Mystery! If these times work in New Mystery this'll save alot of hunting...

A question about the rainbow potion; is it possible to use it on the same character more than once in a chapter? And if the stat is temporarily boosted to its cap, will that show when leveling up, or can the stat still be obtained during a level up?

This is my first clock hack run, but I discovered the perfect Maria time awhile ago if anyone wants it -

Works for Maria as both a Cleric and Bishop/Sage, and I know no dynamic growths are coming into play here due to her getting everything all the time.
Almost done with my clock hack run through, but it would be great to find a perfect Sage Minerva upgrade.

Does anybody know what Medeus is saying when he kills one of the Sisters? Or if its really eating or just some pscyho life transfer thing...
Just curious, does anyone know what that looks like in the original? And what he says? In this one they just stand there and get insta-killed, there weren't even any battle stats.
Wasn't able to get a definitve answer last time: Will the Sisters attack you if you get too close / heal the dragons?

Storyline-wise. I mean, there doesn't seem to be anything 'bad' in the storyline. Or am I missing something?

P.S. My Norne is similar to my Maria, as in I've reclassed her to get resistance, and she is all natural (no steriods), and she spent like 18 levels as a Sage, so don't freak when ya see her. :D

The enemy's prime target is the unit who won't attack back on most games. Then it considers everything else, and that is where Shade kicks in.
And my point is that Shade doesn't do anything about it.

Worst: Shade in Radiant Dawn. They always go for the person who won't attack back or has the least defense, and that's it. I tried it out with Rolf and gave Mist provoke, had them sit right next to each other, and they still attacked Rolf. He had higher defense, and the enemy actually got a no-damage, but the fact that they still attacked him makes this skill FAIL.
Best: Steal in Radiant Dawn. There are so much free great stuff. Steal + Disarm = 3/4 free weapons each map. :D

Let's just say that this unit has maxed HP, Str, Spd, Skill, and Def, but the standard res. It's a competitive team.
