It's not, it's more similar to XC1's area affinity. Higher development levels make items cheaper to buy and its increased by talking to people and buying/selling items.

Though still, you should be wary of high level flying enemies. They have large aggro ranges and are very persistent when it comes to chasing you.

I put 70 hours of game time into Stardew Valley without getting a Dinosaur Egg, so I went and got one from the Skull Cavern instead... only to find another in the mountains shortly after. I wouldn't have minded getting one earlier, game. (Though my first egg hasn't hatched yet, so I donated the second to the museum in the meantime.)

I suggest focusing on the basic game mechanics first and then get into the nitty-gritty stats when you're more familiar with how combat works.
Also every weapon type has its own WP stock, so it can't be wasted.

I want the generic early bandit boss who usually dies in Chapter 1 to become playable. When you fight them they act like any other early bandit boss, except the protagonist spares them under the condition that they stop banditry. The bandit initially swears revenge for being defeated, but being spared makes them rethink their life and later they save the hero when they're in trouble.
Since people already tend to treat the male and female avatars as different characters (gameplaywise or otherwise), go with the Astral Chain method and have the avatar you don't pick be a separate character. They don't have to be important to the plot, though they'd probably be the main avatar's sibling if both genders look similar.

But anyway, today I found that my family gets HBO Max with our cable or something like that. I still want to see GvK in theaters, but now I can watch it as much as I want for the month after. It also has most of the Showa Godzilla films (but not all; how can I live my life knowing that I can't watch All Monsters Attack whenever I want? Just kidding, I already have it on DVD) which is nice.

With two months away, we have to be getting a trailer this month. If we don't, something behind the scenes is going seriously wrong.
Clearly the universe wanted to make up for Evangelion 3.0+1.0 being delayed yet again, a soul for a soul. I'm surprised that it's releasing before Singular Point now.
We'll probably get a trailer soon... eventually.

Ironically, RD does have pretty convoluted methods for learning important plot points. What with needing to play the game twice, jumping through hoops for certain characters, transferring an A support from the previous game...

It isn't fanart, you may already know that Eva's creator directed Shin Godzilla so afterwards there was an artwork/merchandise/theme park ride collaboration between them. Here's a Twitter source for the artwork.

I'm having trouble reading this thread over all this HERESY.
The only anime I've watched in full are Evangelion and Code Geass. The former because of Godzilla, of course, namely this:
And Code Geass I sort of watched by accident, because other people were watching it in a room I happened to be in. For that reason I saw the last quarter of the series first, but I think I followed along well enough despite that.

Usually ends up being very high level. In Devil Survivor 2, he's also pretty broken, throw Null/Drain/Repel Elec and Force into his skillset, and he'll be immune to all forms of damage except Almighty. ('Course he's so high-leveled that you can't make him a first playthrough due to EXP gain slowing from leveling softcaps coming into effect well before his fusion level.)
My mistake. While I am familiar with Metatron's role in SMT, I still don't think he's a Decepticon leader (or "Emperor of Destruction" as the highest ranking Decepticon is apparently called). Besides, has Metatron ever done this?

Actually Megatron is the leader of the Decepticons, the angel that Enoch apocryphally became is Metatron.

On the subject of writing, I graduated college with a major in creative writing (which was my third major). Hopefully I'll eventually get some kind of writing job, but in the meantime I have two ideas for books (a sardonic sci-fi comedy and a fantasy trilogy); standalone books are apparently easier to get published so I'll probably focus on the former for now.

I think it works in XC2's context because Pyra is primarily identified by her uniquely green Core Crystal (which the cloak covers), as every other Blade has a blue crystal. At least, I assume this image is referring to that.
