  1. Tbh GBA numbers are inflated as well cause easy enemies haha so damage average would still be high in GBA era as well. Awakening also has inflated numbers all over the place so i doubt that would be a base for the system as well.
  2. Performance is always an issue and SHOULD be prioritized imo. Even if run speed doesn't affect the game, why the hell should it be lagging constantly?
  3. GBA? That might be stretching it a bit. From what i could see of the numbers, they seemed pretty inflated (29 damage) which is in line with 3H. (I assume those pics aren't late game, either)

  6. So what does any of that have to do with battle animation movement? They didn't have to have cavs and pegs both pigstick an enemy with a lance. Or myrms to swing like their arms are so stiff that they can't bend their elbows at all.
  7. As far as 3D goes, PoR looked terrible! The anims (except Ike) were stiff and boring.
  8. Clearly they use the "high avo" from SoV as their core when it comes to terrain.

  12. basically buffer systems try to compensate for quick inputs but end up doing the opposite most of the time. XD
  13. I guess... it's if you press the X button twice quickly, and 10 Sec after the first input, the second one is still recorded by the game. In a combo-centric game, this makes for alot of accidental inputs for attacks. For example ofc.
  14. Umm... i am awful at explaining so you might be best looking that one up, haha. Edit: i see Shrimpy has it under control. XD although it's more complex than that, but not gonna explain since i suck at it and will confuse you more. No i'm not saying Zesteria is good by any means, just better than Arise simply cause the buffer system.
  15. Funnily enough I would take Zesiria over Arise. Buffered combat is instantly a turn off for me.
  16. lmao Seriously though, i've said it before and i'll say it again, it's core isn't bad, just the balance decisions around it are.

  18. Haha, can't argue with that! CS III just lacks something that makes it fun. I mean, with modding CSIV can be made playable, but III just... bleh.
