  1. Do you accept requests?
  2. Hey Blaze...would it be possible to set your Warlock animation to 50miliseconds per frame? That way it'd look a lot smoother (at least I think so). That's what I did for my animations on gimp. Nice work btw!
  3. That's pretty good. It has a lot of detail which I like.
  4. (New post because otherwise my last post would be really big) Made a small edit to the rogue sprite sheet...do you guys think it looks any better? Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the shading of the rogue sprite dependent on how far forward each part is? Also, shouldn't this be on the main page of my gallery or does it not matter enough to you guys?
  5. Looks pretty good...way better than I could do :)
  6. After taking your guys' advice I decided to edit the sprites of a random class from vanilla FE (I chose the Rogue class)...bear in mind it's not finished yet. (mostly just a bit of colour exhange on gimp) EDIT: I've edited the Murderer class standing pose and...I hate it. I was even using the proportions guide someone gave me and it turned out horribly! Trainwreck/10 Proportions help guide (I assumed that 'head' lengths meant relative to MY sprite's head rather than the heads in the picture). No offense to the person who gave me the guide though, it's probably my fault somehow...
  7. Sooo...edit and recolour the vanilla sprites? Again, thanks for the advice!
  8. So I've had a bit of a break from making sprites and I thought I'd take Blaze's advice and edit some of the vanilla sprites...how do y'all think I did? (obviously the one on the far left is an offical sprite I copied)
  9. Maybe this is just because I'm a noob but what the heck do you mean your shading isn't very good!? The only thing I'd change would be the colours of the cape and t-shirt but other than that it looks great! If you'd allow me I could show you how bad my sprites are to make you feel good about yourself.
  10. As someone relatively new to sprite making, is MS paint any good compared to the likes of GIMP? And, as far as I know, I don't think there's many SNES sprites available in GBA FE hacks. There's ONE (that looks somewhat different to most normal FE battle sprites) that I've found in this video (at 1:03). It might not be what you're looking for though.... Also, there's Leaf in GBA form near the end of the video so there's that at least...
  11. Looking pretty good. I do however have a request and that is an assassin-styled magic user....maybe that could be the warlock class? I'd personally add lots of afterimages, motion blur, and somersaults...but that's just me (though I'd probably fail at doing it so yeah). Something like this maybe? Animation is at 2:16
  12. Do you have any sort of rough estimate as to how long Bloodlines will take to complete, Ghast? BTW, this is a VERY impressive hack!
  13. Here we go-just uploaded another set of old animations I worked on. As always, I hope you guys like them! [spoiler=Murderer class] Normal attack Critical attack Magic attack Dodge weapon Dodge no weapon
  14. Thanks for your help guys. You've been really kind to me and that means a lot to me so thanks :) What I'm going to do is I'm still going to take a break from spriting but, if I feel like it, I'll upload some of my older animations for you all to see. Introducing my first ever custom class-The White Druid! As this is the first animation I created it does have a few flaws but I still really like it. Some of the proportions are wrong and imo the critical attack is underwhelming but other than that I still love it.
  15. So for the new warlock class is the light sources coming from the centre and the left side of the screen? Anyways, that's some really nice shading you have there :D
  16. Wow that's EXTREMELY good!! 0_0 I could never do what you've just done so yeah...
  17. Just looked at it in gimp and you seemed to have fixed it so well done!
  18. Hey that looks pretty good :) Is there any reason why one pupil is bigger than the other though?
  19. Thanks for all your help you guys. You could of just laughed at my suffering and moved on but you instead chose to help me. For that I'm grateful for your support.
  20. The problem isn't with you guys, it's with me. The logical part of my brain tells me that "critcism is good because then, after enough attempts, you can finally achieve your goal of helping bwdyeti finish immortal sword. Not just finish but expand it with new classes and stuff". Unfortunately, my emotional side is like "WHY WON'T ANYONE APPRECIATE MY SPRITES THAT EACH TOOK OVER A WEEK TO MAKE! *GASP* HOW DAAAREE THEY!1!!" and, sadly for me, I don't have total control over my emotions. Because of this, even though I know the emotions are misplaced, I can't help but feel terrible after recieving criticism...even though I know it's a good thing and a sign that people care and want to help. In other words, despite having practically no self confidence (for a bunch of reasons I won't get into now), I need to somehow learn to deal with criticism or I'll never be good enough to achieve my goals of helping bwdyeti finish immortal sword. I hope this isn't too heavy material to discuss on the forums. I don't want anyone to feel bad about what they've done. And yes, I realise it sounds foolish to even think of helping someone of the skill level of bwdyeti at this stage. I just want to be able to overcome this flaw of mine so I can finally achieve something in my life.
