I still don't get why you're doing a free franz. If Franz is THAT BIG a gamechanger, you could ban him. His earlygame still dominates even if he can't be ground up on C4's zombies. Either ban him or make him draftable would be my vote for this. Also make someone not influenced by the draft to do the rng promo if you want it.
