It does not yet exist. He’s still Fred in both of the CYL polls, but both of the CYL polls are a huge mess regarding Thracia’s names. Machyua is not a fucking name, damn it.
Bookofholsety—the main person behind Project Naga and also the one who’s handling the Cipher fan account—chose to call him Friedrich. I personally call him Wilfred because Anglo-Saxon names are cool.

She will. Her huge Atk stat is a big bonus because she can activate Heavy Blade more reliably to help her get started. If you go with Glimmer, Death Blow would be the preferred A, if with an AoE, then L&D because DB doesn’t count for the AoE damage.

Yeah, I do want her to go into combat. How does L&D Slaying Galeforce sound? Or is she better suited for a mixed phase unit akin to Nephenee?

It’s a bug because it doesn’t match the wording, because it applies its own buff at the same time as the dance skill, and also because it only works with animations off.

Caeda and Clair, the Whitewings, and the others got some pretty beastly refines and they have been 3–4★ for quite a while now. Ares was pretty beastly on arrival, and he still got demoted. The demotions depend only on their will or lack thereof.

CYLs are not new heroes by definition. Come on, it’s all alts.
Adrift was not new heroes. Seriously, it was all alts and even Mikoto got an alt before getting in.
OCs were new heroes but some of them should not have been.
