Is the first half of the FE:if trailer alluding to SMT x FE? The masked dark souls-esque monster climbing the castle seemed really out of place in respect to most FE villains (or, gods help us, heroes). Anyway, it almost seemed like an anime Total War game (which is fine, the Persian immortals inspired cavalry looks cool as shit) rather than FE, so I was just wondering if there's been any information / speculation about it. And if it's not remotely related to SMT x FE, what kind of characters are we seeing? The cavalry riders look nothing like the enemy troops shown in the game play part, and I must stress this, the monster actually looks creepy.

I don't understand. Ike left in RD by himself or with some dude. How can any pairing in the RD universe with Ike be possible, if not head-canon?

It took me 16 turns to beat prologue 1, lunatic classic. Failed twice before. Been playing the series since FE7 was released to Canada. Didn't think I needed to use Frederick. How wrong I was.

Do high growths in a certain area affect the cap on 2nd/3rd generation characters? Regardless, now I want to have an Anna x Avatar Morgan with what is clearly the greatest skill of all time (Armsthrift).

Would you rather the discussion on +2 Spd? Rallies? Everything else that can be substituted with a tonic? Galeforce is the most obvious beneficial skill. It's having a Dancer, only the Dancer doesn't die on Enemy Round.

Not to be 'LTC' guy, but siphoning experience into Donnel, who still requires a full 10 level ups to stand up on his own feet, deprives other units who can clear faster, needs less babying, and would be more useful as a result in the rest of the game. Donnel doesn't even get that much experience per feed. Wait a minute, so we're both in agreement that Donnel is to stay scrub tier? Then I have no qualms with this.

That's a lie and you know it. You can't seriously tell me that someone the likes of Tharja is in the group comprised of Avatar, Panne, Fred and Chrom. That's not an argument; that's an explanation of what an Est type character is. Est type character's aren't generally favoured, or used, or considered, in a 'brisk' moving game.

Could have fooled me. For what purpose do most people visit this website other than [keyword] reliable information? But Fine. Dark Fliers are still subjectively, and supported by a vocal minority (they sound educated though, or is that a classic argument from authority fallacy), leaning on the bad side though. Okay, new stuff then. Vaike should be lower, and Miriel can be debated to go down the same as well. If my assumptions are correct, the reason why both are so high up there is their usefulness early on, namely against knights, or their ability to use 1-2 Ranged weapons early on. But Stahl and Sully both have Discipline, which means an earlier access to slightly more accurate javelins (They probably also have more Spd, anyway). Against knights, Hammer is D-rank, Frederick can use it better. Miriel provides the marginal chip vs. Knights, but Frederick has Hammer, and can use it better. Perhaps terrain, but you don't see much knights in desert chapters.

Perhaps your game is corrupted, or you've been playing this game in poor lighting; but Gaius' hair is Orange. Orange =/= Red. They are of different wavelengths.

I myself lament that the closest character to produce a true twin-tail red hair Tsundere (outside of Avatar) is Ricken x Cordelia, FFS. Wtf IS? Edit: And just to make sure this doesn't completely sound centered to only relationship issues, Why do we have to move to select locations to purchase an item? Can't there be a shop that follows us around, gaining new weapons per chapter? I mean, who the hell wants to fight a skirmish in order to get access of a shop if the skirmish is at that shop location?

Welp. In my case, a lunatic mode without second seals may as well be a lunatic mode without usage of Frederick. ;_;
