Welp, hope Camilla's next multiplier(cause we're gonna get one for sure) puts us in a safe range to last till the end. Sorry Ike, but you gotta take one for the team if we don't want multipliers to cause BS again.

Yeah the plague of Ikes @Rezzy and others are showing looks miserable. I'm honestly surprised I haven't gotten hardly any other Camillas. My teammates, both friend and random, are usually pretty good and get an easy win.

The irony of Camilla overthrowing the this gauntlet thanks to the system that was introduced in great part to stop popularity landslides like she had previously would just be too good. (Mostly I want to see the multiplier finally stir up enough trouble they might change it again) Serenes is always heavily biased on older games/characters. This site does not reflect the FE fanbase as a whole. Minerva got crushed like a bug by Camilla before, when Serenes users were by vast majority supporting Minerva. And 4chan is just as small of a sample of the fanbase too.

I don't tend to accept or remove people based on their leads (unless during the gauntlet there's a random person who's lead is really bad and I keep getting it), so I just wish there was a higher cap period so I could keep them all. I'd like to just add people without having to constantly go comb through who's less active/not Serenes. And I feel bad removing people period. :(

I hate the size of the friends list. I've gotten some random gauntlet adds and want to accept them, but I don't like removing people from my list unless they've been inactive, and everybody on mine's been playing within the last day. Not to mention I don't want to accidentally remove a Serenes member. I never messed with the friends lists in other mobage games, are they always this small?

As much as the twitter stuff sucks, I doubt it's even on IS's radar, and either way it's not large scale enough for it to matter or be noticed by anybody outside of the hardcore FE community, like here.

Last night I read some people on twitter were getting death threats for posting that they supported Camilla. Some people really need to get a fucking grip over how serious they take a game. And I was thinking about checking that Amino thing before, but maybe I shouldn't bother after seeing that Roy post... Also, how many multipliers were there this morning? I fell asleep at 5:30am est, so I'm assuming Camilla got at least 1 more at 6am.

If it's already like this, I can only imagine the salt mine if she actually beats Ike. And I do think it's pretty funny that Camilla's stomp out of the flier gauntlet was basically the reason for the multiplier to be introduced, because people complained about her. And here she is as the first to take a major victory thanks to it. People that complained really just got bit in the ass by the multiplier more than anything. (as outside of a few early matches last gauntlet with Gaius it's done basically nothing anyway)

To be fair, the best way to "fix" the multiplier would be to go all the way and troll win with Camilla. People here are already ruffled enough to say they'll send reports over it from this round alone. Like Rezzy, I've been against the multiplier from the beginning. So this gauntlet letting it be proven as a lame mechanic to a bigger amount of people, AND have my favorite character come out on top is just a win win.

Regardless of opinion around here, she's absolutely popular and liked. The minority that dislikes her often seems to forget it's a minority.

The latter sounds like the most likely reason, which seems pretty petty. That's what I had thought, so these Ike-dissing posts during the gauntlet are making me confused. Now that one I can understand. I'm totally neutral over Ike, but some of the fan posts in this thread have kinda annoyed me away from his direction if I would of had to pick between him and Lyn. What if Camilla and Hinoka are both my favorite girls from their respective paths? and I married both

Redhead power! And can somebody tell me why Ike apparently has a hate group too? Like for Camilla, even if I disagree with it, I get there's people that are spiteful at the 3DS games taking over the spotlight for FE, and she's a frontrunner for that, and people that dislike the fanservice. Meanwhile.. what's the problem with Ike? Is he like the 3DS-type hate target for an even older set of players? Or does he actually do something to deserve it? I see some have said he's pretty bland, but you could say that about a vast majority of the lead characters in FE games.

Both groups are still vocal minorities, at least. Ike and Camilla are both well-liked by the fanbase at large. Yes, Camilla too, despite a lot of the posts around here. I take dislike of characters around here with a grain of salt, since if Serenes popularity was any indicator of overall feelings, Minerva wouldn't have been sent to the shadow realm in the flier gauntlet.

Added! Seeing the Camilla hatred already starting up makes me wonder what it'll be like if she wins this whole thing.

Haha, and I'm rank 7k, even though I missed the second multiplier battle. So I didn't even fall out of top 10k like I expected. Camilla saves the day!

Doubt they'll care unless Camilla actually wins. Then enough salt might make it to the ears of the devs.
