  1. You're right I forgot to mention it! So we do earn SP from battling hmm, just 5 though, feels too little considering we started out with 300.
  2. There's nothing that suggests otherwise so far, but I kinda doubt it since fates online battles weren't that popular with the community. Maybe an AI battle with other players' teams, I can see that.
  3. We've seen one other instance of it and they aren't engaged
  4. To be honest, I thought it was like an after map conversation. We didn't really have the camera move for dialogue in three houses, so I thought it's like story dialogue. But the area is too close to where Marth was located in the original trailer, so you might be right. I could've sworn we saw an emblem attack on their own but looking back, I didn't find any of the sort. Now this raises the question, why do we see three separate damage numbers on some of the combat in the trailer? I originally thought it was an emblem's attack but it seems not likely. Can units attack 3 times in this game? Maybe if their speed is higher by 10? or is it just a skill? Just food for thought. Yeah in the trailer we see in her inventory a sword and a tome so she definitely wields both of those like Celica herself. And Celica was the one who gave her the staff. Not exactly true, although 2 are greyed out, Sigurd was able to give Alfred 5 skills. I assume you can unlock them after engaging.
  5. Notes from today's tweets: -Emblems (at the very least Marth) will be present and talking in the story, not surprising since Marth shows up in the cutscenes. -It was shown in the trailer but it's nice to see it confirmed that that you have engaging as early as that chapter, which I'm guessing is like chapter 4 or 5. -This is minor but it's nice that you can engage from the menu and in the combat forecast. -Interesting how even though Marth is present in the battle, he isn't attacking. Maybe it needs some sort of charging up? Weird since the gauge is full on the map, so that's most likely a gauge for engaging. Maybe after filling up the gauge, the emblems stop attacking to encourage engaging? Maybe we'll know more once Sigurd or Celica are shown. -Unsurprisingly, convoy is back. That's all I noticed, did you guys see anything of note that I didn't see?
  6. Sorry, was busy, will update the main post rn!
  7. I'm hoping to either see the red haired general (which i doubt itll happen rn), etie cause we've seen her a bunch of times atp but not her face, or chloe. Hoping for a friday reveal too
  8. so i guess fe twitter just does it randomly and posting characters whenever they feel like it. Thursday was at least consistent but they ruined that lmfao. I guess the only pattern rn is 1 character per week
  9. I saw this a few days ago, it's honestly hard to say anything for now. I don't think its pair up attack though. If Chloe lost 2 HP in the fight then it also wouldn't make sense because that would mean the axe guy did an attack consecutively, as she didn't hit the axe guy yet. But the green portion is still really confusing, such drastic different numbers tells me it might be a skill or something. We have no idea for now.
  10. From Alear's clip: "Alear's starting Class is "Child of Divine Dragons". Heir to a tribe of dragons that have lived since the ancient times, they can use Divine Dragon Swordsmanship." We didn't really talk much about it but I'm really interested in this.
  11. Guys, the cutscenes does use a 3d model but it's a separate model from the one ingame, its highly unlikely for them to be able to just change it for every color combination
  12. Someone in this thread mentioned that bows/tomes and arts might have WTA if one initiated the combat against the other
  13. But removing "broken" unlimited use staff would just limit creativity. I'd much rather have staves with durability and more variety with em. I always check my inventory before each battle and never had that problem in fates, and I always had extras in my convoy just in case 🤷seems like a silly thing to remove staves over.
  14. ...Anyways. I do think the adoration for Alear is justified for the twins, they are still kids after all. And as many people have said, it's fine unless it's *everyone* who's doing it. While it wouuld be annoying if that happened, at the very least it kinda makes sense as Alear is a divine dragon after all. But I hope if anything it's just when they first meet them and then be more friendly as the characters get to know them.
  15. Celine is included in the last clip we saw (which takes place in the same map) and also Celine is a sword user so that's definitely Celine engaged with celica
  16. Yeah I think it's fine cause she's a healer + most likely using a bronze version of the arts. Let's say iron gives her 1 more mt or 2 and now she's dealing 12 or 14 damage. I think she's fine Also yeah I didn't notice Cramme gone! uhmmmmmm ig he died, counted allies on the map from Cramme's video vs framme's video and its 10 vs 9, lmfao
  17. This makes a lot more sense actually. Didn't really think about that! That's honestly cool and would give you situations where if you'd want to use gauntlets to easily take out archers/mages and risk getting a WTD on enemy phase. I like it.
  18. Have to take in account that this is just the basic class. No FE game had very elaborate animations for the base class except for like Corrin's dragon fang.
  19. That's what I thought too but looking back at the trailer, Louis and another unit are in the middle of the map (likely chloe) It'd be funny to see a tome user to just drop their books. But yeah gameplay-wise it'd be interesting and I hope it gives a nice challenge for players and not just turtle on enemy phase. EDIT: It's definitely Chloe, we see her later in the trailer in the same map
  20. found it, in the trailer after Alfred engages. If they're saving Alfred + the other box art character for later, I'm definitely guessing Etie or Chloe are next. I didn't realize it could be a real thing so I googled it and got this Oh wow I didn't even notice the enemy weapon icon being crossed out. Nice catch and yeah seems like it'll be a fixed occurence
  21. Honestly I just think it's random, whenever they feel like it lul I remember seeing at some point but I can't remember where, I'll check the clips again Honestly if bows and tomes are the same color, they might share the same WTA and WTD. We'll have to see though. Oh right, I forgot about Alear's clips. Huh. It's pretty confusing but yeah it probably has something to do with weapon ranks. The way Qigong is phrased seems like it's a fighting style, rather than a person. That's what I think anyways
  22. Things to note: It's a nice QoL change that you have green tiles when you're near allies and red tiles when near enemies The 2nd option in the menu seems new, couldn't read it through google translation, all I got was "chain guard." Maybe a capture mechanic? The martial art that Framme uses cannot do brave attacks, which is mentioned in the weapon info. Can't tell the name but if I had to guess it might be a bronze version? Archers can't counterattack at 1 range, but you could maybe unlock a skill that gives you counterattacking later. You can see Celine and Alfred engaged. Alfred has an up arrow on him and Celine doesn't seem to have access to a staff even after engaging. Maybe Celica just didn't have a staff at that point? Staves have limited uses like fates. There SEEMS to be a different weapon triangle altogether, including bows and gauntlets! Gauntlets beat bows seems like. Continuing from the last point, break most likely has something to do with WTA as Framme breaks the archer in this clip. Maybe crits always trigger it if you have WTA? That's all I see so far
