    Looks like NA is getting a bunch of the QoL updates that JP got relatively recently, i.e. Extra class Support Slot and the ability to randomize My Room servants. And Ozy banner will run through 7/11, instead of being 4 days like JP got. So that's neat.

    Untrue. The Beach, the Settlement, and the Teahouse each have 15, 20, and 30 AP quests (Beach and Settlement both drop Coral, Teahouse drops Brocade). They aren't the best areas for farming, but the lower AP quests in most events generally aren't the most efficient.

    Yes she was, but she was also in the first JP paid gacha as well. Thanksgiving gacha was identical to the first JP New Year's gacha except for Jack and Mordred being removed. So it's unlikely that they'll throw the limited servants into our first anniversary gacha, since JP didn't have them.

    Person on the left looks like they're wearing a pirate hat, and I'm inclined to think they have short hair, but it's hard to tell if the fabric looking-silouette behind them is part of the hat or a torn piece of the flag the guy on the right is holding.

    I think some people that got IK on Ibaraki actually confirmed it gave the full remaining damage points for the fight, at least for the NA version. Here's a Youtube video of it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zaNB6xmMvV4 @Czarpy: I might put Void Shiki on my support list, either in All slot with Okita as Saber, or in Saber slot with Okita in All, since none of the Extra classes have a bonus this event, though it depends on whether my sister requests any specific servants for use. I don't know if you've ever seen my Shiki on support though, because I don't think I had her up after KnK event, and I don't remember when I added you.

    I looked up the data and found I was slightly mistaken. Her Quicks and her Arts are roughly the same, with Arts being very slightly better (generally not by a noticeable amount). She'll gain more or less the same amount of NP whether you use a Quick or an Arts in a chain. That said, it's not entirely a Marie quirk. Okita and Jack have better gain from using a Quick after an Arts lead than using an Arts card. If Marie had better hit counts on her Quicks, she'd probably be similar. Edit: That said, her NP gain from Arts cards is the lowest of all riders currently released in NA. It doesn't stop me from using her, but I'm pretty biased towards her.

    IIRC, Marie's NP gain is odd, because her Quicks are better for NP gain than her Arts unless you're doing an Arts chain.

    Then you should say it's highly recommended, not required. Required literally means unable to do without, like the no shop version of that boss requires buff removal.

    I'm pretty certain ST buster + Merlin isn't required for that fight, just the easiest way to clear it, as looking at Youtube there's at least one Arts team clear (Vlad/Tamamo/Merlin/Bride Nero/Mash).

    Oh hey, Scathach banner, login reward update, Arash/Ushiwakimaru/Euryale/Kiyohime strengthenings, and gacha CE update (Jeweled Sword doesn't seem so bad for lowcost NP charge, the rest are kind of meh). I'll probably pick Liz for my free 4*, mostly because she was one of my first servants, she's sitting at NP4, and I like Liz in general. The sad thing is I haven't had much chance to use my Marie recently, because a lot of the stuff we've been doing recently hasn't been particularly friendly to her, or because I need particular servants for event bonuses. I'm probably going to pull her out for farming once Lotus nodes become available, just because I haven't used her for a while.

    I've always thought that she's reading her book in her idle pose, and the way her eyes look is supposed to indicate she lowered her eyes, not closed them. It makes more sense than sleeping, given that she's still holding her book up and open.

    The JP name for the tome basically means "Lightning Tornado" (I think), evoking both wind and thunder. The English name "Thunderhead" is another term for a cumulonimbus cloud, so it's not as directly related to either wind or lightning, but it's still there (thunderstorms are often accompanied by strong winds).

    Nope. My player name is still Zeth, and I don't think it's likely to change, as that's my standard character name for mobage. It's kind of funny that you haven't seen me pop up, though, because I see your servants a lot. The main reason Shuten's NP is single hit is so she doesn't get much of a refund to reduce NP loops. It's not a huge issue in an Arts team, but it one of the things that limits her outside of those comps.

    There is absolutely no reason why they would be, because a servant isn't just their class. It would depend entirely on their skill set. You seem to be overestimating the Extra classes in general.

    Maybe it's inconsistent because they wanted it to be clear that it's a PRF. Great Flame and Expiration don't use the 'X Breath' format either.

    There is no way Bushido is usable by anyone other than L!Ryoma. It's going to be his PRF skill. They stopped putting inheritance restrictions on skill descriptions a while back (Laws of Sacae doesn't have it, for example). ----- I'm honestly more excited that Y!Tiki getting a PRF weapon than I am for L!Ryoma, though he's nifty at least. Now the question is, will the version update come with the legendary banner, or will it be with the new heroes that come towards the end of next week? I think the later is more likely, just because they haven't announced anything else about the version update yet, but we'll see.

    Sony had no involvement in Prillya or Apocrypha as far as I know (compared with UBW and FGO). They didn't share the profits on those, as Sony never had a stake in either property in the first place.

    Adding things before the build they were originally introduced has plenty of potential to create bugs that weren't present in the original release of that thing. It's not necessarily just a copy and paste, and trusting that to an intern is absurd. I'm not defending the current practice, as I think NA gets shortchanged from being managed by the JP devs. But trying to claim an intern would be capable of adding things without breaking anything is ridiculous.

    I got that actually, though I didn't mention it. I just don't know why they have it return to default position as the catch-all instead of staying in place and doing nothing (though it's possible it's not explicitly coded that way).

    Speed Feint apparently allows a Rally to be used even if it would buff the unit any higher (so that you can always use it to debuff). From what I understand, the glitch happens when the following two conditions are met: the unit being rallied already has buffs equal to or higher than the rally, and there are no enemy units in the cardinal directions for the Feint to work on. So you have a unit performing the action, but nothing happening. As a guess, the code is probably shared for all assists and tells a unit where it is supposed to be after any assist, and the movement off-screen is a catch-all for situations that aren't otherwise handled. Whoever added the changes for Feints probably missed adding a clause to prevent the action from being taken when nothing would happen (like trying to Reposition a horse onto a tree) or otherwise handle this specific case, and as a result we hit the catch-all. I don't know why the catch-all moves the performing unit off-screen instead of leaving them in place, though it's probably for debugging purposes.

    Not all fan service is sexual in nature either. That being said, FE in particular has had an inclusive nature since at least Binding Blade, with a wide variety of characters to taste. Awakening and Fates simply made the pandering more obvious.

    Sanaki existing is lolicon bait. Same with Nino, Tiki, Fae, Myrrh, Mist or any other young girl character in fiction. How they are portrayed doesn't matter as long as Rule 34 is a thing.
