Only 1 skill can proc on an attack. While it kinda "wastes" a skill slot to have more than 1 of the skills, it also gives you extra chances to proc one of them. Aether + Luna is a good combo because with a 40 SKL stat you have a 20% chance of Aether proc'ing and then if it fails to proc you have a 40% chance for Luna to proc. So thats a 52% chance for 1 of the skills to proc. With 50 SKL its a 62.5% chance for 1 of the skills to proc.

The NES was the 1st console I spent alot of time playing. Even though the SNES was in its prime at the time, and my older brother had one, I used to go to my cousin's house to play Super Mario Bros, Mega Man 2, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 3 almost every day. There were a bunch more games he had but those 3 were the ones we played the most. We never beat any of them but later in my life I did eventually beat them all. I played Tetris in school in the 2nd grade but I dont think it had a big impact on me. My 1st RPG ever was Final Fantasy 7. I remember watch my older brother play it and I instantly fell in love. This was all 16-18 years ago children. Before you high-school kids were even born. Fuckin good times. Im gonna go cry now.

EJ Manuel is an idiot. Instead of going out of bounds he decides to completely stop his momentum and brace himself to take a hit. He is out for 4-8 weeks. Our punter got cut today because of last night. I really think the Bills Coordinators are idiots. Im not a huge fan of the Offensive play calls, but the Defensive play calls lost us the game. 1st and 25? We only rush 3 defenders and Weeden has time to stand in the pocket to throw a long TD pass. 3rd and 19? again, 3 pass rushers and Weeden has time to hit his receiver for 20 yards on an out route. When we rushed 5+ defenders we completely shut down the Browns. When the Browns were backed up and vulnerable they decided to play super conservatively. The only bright side is that all of our injured players will be healthy for the Bengals game, except for EJ of course. The Browns D is nowhere close to the 2000 Ravens.

Ross with the statboosters and a pure water use and an elixer would be able to solo the South, I would think. Plus he can promote at some point. What are his stats? If Ross waits until all the 2 range enemies are killed to drop Joshua, then Joshua wont get raped.

When would you ever need a Hammer? Aside from Tirado, Aias is the only enemy on all of Eirika's route that I can think of where you might want a Hammer. And Aias is killed really easily in any 2-turn clear. The few enemy knights you encounter are 1RKOed pretty easily too.

Im not saying he's the reason they are 0-4. He's over 30 years old though, and very few QBs age as well as Manning, Brady, and Brees have. If the Steelers have a top 5 pick and have the opportunity to draft a top QB prospect they should absolutely draft one. There is nothing worse than having your longtime franchise QB retire/leave without having a competent replacement already on the roster.

The Bills top 3 draft picks look like studs, and the team looks really good this year. I was kinda hoping they would lose the game so I wouldn't have any expectations for the season... Atlanta has such a talented team but their coach is way too conservative. It's a shame. He really holds that team back. LOL, Geno Smith's butt fumble v2.0. Denver is ridiculous. Barring catastrophic injuries, they will be the Super Bowl champs. WTFuck is Cleveland doing? Anybody? The Steelers are going to end up drafting a good QB as Ben's replacement and the Browns will be stuck with mediocre QBs for another 10 years. @ Ana - Dont get disappointed. At this point you should actually hope they lose more than they win for a better draft. Ben is getting old and you could end up with his replacement the way Green Bay did with Favre to Rodgers.

^ I agree with you everywhere except for SF @ StL and WAS @ OAK. SF wont lose 3 games in a row. STL's defense has been terrible over 3 games. I expect SF to win by 10+ points. WAS finally played a decent game last week by actually showing up in the 1st half of the game. As RG3 gets healthier the skins will only get better. BAL @ BUF - Good luck. I expect the Ravens to win but I think the score will be close. If Leodis McKelvin can't play, Flacco could have a huge game. Although, BAL's WRs aren't too scary, so our weakness at CB might not be an issue. If the Bills pull the upset, I wont be surprised at all. But I do think the Ravens are the better team, and they should win.

Relationship and happy. I was depressed from a recent break-up and visiting my family in NH during the holidays when my 4 years younger sister invited her friend over to watch a movie and later sleep over. After spending a bunch of time alone with my sister's friend because of bf issues my sister had to take care of (I think she may have intentionally hooked us up). I eventually ended up with the friend's phone # (my sister gave it to me without being asked to). After months of texting, we developed feelings for eachother and then started dating. I love everything about her. She is basically a female version of me personality wise. She's smart, beautiful, ambitious, and she has an amazing ass. Nearly 3 years later, marriage is definitely in our future.

Someone in Cleveland is getting fired... How funny would it be if they got 4 or 5 wins and couldn't draft a top QB prospect? The Bills #1 CB was out for the 1st 6-8 weeks of the season, and their #2 CB got hurt on the Jets opening drive. WTF. Our safety had to play corner and our 4th string CB got burned for like 250 yards and 2 TDs in the game. Kudos to the Jets for taking advantage of our injuries. Despite the injuries, we shouldn't have lost though. We won the turnover battle 2-0, and the Jets had 20 penalties for 168 yards. I guess I should get used to this with a rookie QB. Whats with the AFC beating all of their NFC opponents? Its looking like its gonna take an 11-5 record to get a wild card berth in the AFC.
