    *Kongo. Yes, I'm aware Smash 64 called it Congo. :P. Huh, I missed that but that's cool. I only wish for Saffron City and/or Hyrule Castle as well, but I'll take it. I'd say Planet Zebes and Sector Z, but Brinstar and Cornelia are smaller successors so...yeah.

    I didn't see any 64 stages. Just Melee and onward. Battlefield and FD don't count. Those are in every game.

    Oh for fuck's sake, quit whining about the clones. I'll take more characters any day. And yes, Melee did clones much the same way. Young Link was /really/ not that different from Link. Woo. Fire arrows. Amazing. Roy? Wow. Such fire. So hot. Wowe. Doc Mario? Pills! WOAH! And let's not get into fucking /Pichu/. At least Ganondorf was quite different being a slower, but powerful Captain Falcon. Guess the triforce of power decided the cap was indeed the most powerful form to take. And Falco was in a lot of ways Smash 64!Fox. Regardless, the fact Sakurai feels he has to justify himself to a bunch of whining babies cements my theory that Smash Bros. in general destroys all sorts of logic and reason with people. (Note I'm not talking about the stat differences, of course, because people bitching are only going OMG DARK PIT'S JUST A PALETTE SWAP even if he has differences. Same with Luci.)

    Also remember that games are very complex beasts. Removing the IC data rather than dummying it could very likely break something /else/ in the game. More debugging time would mean delays.

    Wii U has no homebrew at the moment, so lolno. Why remove them? To keep parity between versions in terms of characters. They're dummied out. Nothing to say about it. Willing to bet that'll happen and the only sign will be some small leftovers.

    They won't. All names have been uniform for a while now, with the exception of the XL devices being LL in Japan due to how size is shown. It's no different than the iPad being called "The New iPad". I speak of the Third and Fourth generation ones of course. iPad 2 and the iPad Air are exceptions.
