I honestly wouldn't even count Awakening Tiki she is no Nagi. Tiki really feels like (at least to me) a young adult par for FE.

Hortensia is passable and Fogato is on-sale dollar store brand Claude. I don’t know man, I’m tired of these Expy characters.

So it does seem like Skirmishes are back so it seems like we have a more sandbox style game.

If and hopefully not, but if the calendar system returns it need to be either like Persona where you can play nearly everyday or like Trails of Cold Steel where the days only progress when completing a specific mission. However thankfully Engage doesn't seem to have one.

That is why I said new class. Regardless the point still stands that you use those battles to progress and yet you can’t progress during those battles.

The biggest issue with the Auxiliary battles is that the prevent you from doing anything else. Oh you can now class change to a new class? Either give up on doing more battles or just give up on the new class for a bit.

Griffon gets axe and staffs too, so what would that leave Falcon with? I’m pretty worried it might have gotten cut. Why else would are first Peg promote to Griffon?

It might be a distraction, it may be over blown but people are treat Scarlet and Violet as second Cyberpunks right now.

So it is more or less a rather arbitrary limit on who can/should use which emblem. So Marth is more or less far less optimal on everyone but Alear.

So I can with confidence say I truly doubt reclassing to be here. If the emblem have that effect then more then likely will stay unique to them. I can’t wait to watch this after work. Edit: Called it on Ivy and Hortensia.

Hold up, let’s take a look really quick. Diamante:Ryoma, Alcyrst:Takumi, Horensia:Hinoka, Alfred:Xander and Ivy:Camilla… so who wants to bet they Celine is Sakura and the Solm pair will be Leo and Elise expys?

I think we’ll see the Solm siblings before the Elusia pair, just out of the fact they are trying to bait Elusia are villains still.

Yea, there is no real balance there. I ran thru the whole first area and found 1 blue magatama the whole time. So all I could say is have it off then only turn it on if you need any of what is give then shut it back off.

The Magatama come in 4 versions Blue that drops Glory crystals, Yellow that drop sellable items for easy money, Red which drops Grimoires that are a rare candy for your demons and Grey which drops Gospels which are rare candies for Nahobino. They have extremely tiny spawn rates in game but the dlc cranks that up to a million. you will see more Magatama then normal enemies.

Also, if you pick it up you can turn off the Magatama DLC if you don’t want to use them.
