I think I won't make what I wanted in time. At least not for FEE3.
I'll make something for the next year for sure. But I about to change about everything in my project story. So yeah.

Since I'm an absolute clown when I have to do battle animations (only animations è_é) I won't say anything technical.

I've been meaning to add all the FE7 icons to FEXNA on release. Are you planning to use those or can I add those in addition to FE7's?
I did them for Agro's project as he requested it from me and I plan on using them too. So I'd say no, because it would mean too many projects with the same stuff in it. Wouldn't be fun if everybody had the same thing

I've been caught using other's work once.
I've been a dick for that lol.
I didn't really meant to steal it so I just removed it and created the guy on the right of my signature to replace it.
That's not something I am really proud of, but I am human. And humans make mistakes sometimes.

I already have a request at the moment, but I may be able to give you what you want :
I have this in Red, Blue, Green, and Black. So I think you can recolor with any color.
I'd only need to clean few things on it. Then I could make the captain version over it.
I have to warn you, it's more of a "sharing" since I use it in my own project.
But well if you want it I'd be happy to share it with you!

I have some not humble at all things to correct :
-You can put me in advanced for weapon icons, I already did a really huge request on it and I am found of making them so. yup
-For battle sprites. would it be possible to know if people can do animations too?
Because I'm like super bad at battle animations while making a battle sprite is definitely something I can do.
Alright! I can't wait to see this Guild start the missions!

It's a good idea to start like this.
But honestly, what I would recommend to any new custom sprite maker, would be to just splice, then custom things over it. Like changing parts of hair, play with eyes...
Basically, you can start with a simple splice and play with it, then the more you improve, the less splice you use to start.
Just by looking at this, i can say it's disproportionate. Head's too big, body too small.
My advice : Take one of your splices. And make him taste custom. You'll improve yourself fast.

Well. Looking at the requirements, I put myself in advanced for mugs and intermediate in maps. ( though I think I'd be more of a beginner )
What's your opinion. I'm interested. Since I may overestimate me, I can still be put in intermediate.

You forgot SS in chibi mugs.
I'm not found of giving myself qualities or good marks but. If I had to be honest:
Mugs : A ( S would mean I don't have anything to learn. What a waste) Since I've been practicing since... 4 years and because I know there's many people way better than me here.

Btw. I won't work for multiple guys at once. I will be way more efficient if I can focus on requests for one guy.

Well. I think I'm up for the test! I'm often asked to do sprites for people. I currently have two or three sprites to do.
But I can do Maps and Portraits so yup.
Beside, my work is not free. You'll have to pay me with kisses O_O

There's the repairing patch that you can find in Nintenlord's hacking utilities. It's done with merlinus/merchant when you drop a weapon in it you're asked to repair the weapon or not for a price.
(You found one anyway it seems.)

First of all you don't really have to precise the pointer if you don't use map changes. (It will probably avoid you to always search for it in this case)
For pointers you can use these if you're hacking FE7 :
I think ShadowofChaos put them somewhere in a topic, I don't remember which one.

I like it! I have absolutely no problem with making maps... Until it comes to mountains!
I'll follow your tutorial's method for my next maps. It's not hard, and it looks pretty good.
