Hit rates and dodge rates are increased by 5% because that character's affinity matches the map affinity (check out chapter data on the mainsite for which chapters have what affinity). EDIT: RFoF is right <_<

Actually, something definitely happened. SH commented two pages back that Kieran = Fiona, yet I got Kieran with Vika =/ Something borked somewhere down the line.
