Black people who are arrested are incarcerated for multiple offenses with possession tacked on because it was at the scene of the crime. Again, not arresting white kids for drugs usually is condemning them to death.

They are arrested for distributing and prior use. If they were actually as strict as you claim there would be an actual opposition to drug legalization and ballot initiatives would actually fail for once instead of easily passing with margins to spare. Most cops know that if they shoot a black person for any reason other than the most obvious they will lose their jobs and their reputation at the very least via the media, the NAACP, BLM or what have you, but if they accidentally kill a white person the most they have to worry about is the family suing them or rarely being charged with reckless endangerment. Taxes are the last thing Trump voters are worried about when their kids can’t even support the president in a general sense without having their future careers threatened while they receive millions of death threats to the point of an entire high school having to shut down while the media lies about it. For me it takes away from the medieval element a lot and makes me think they are all using hair dye(particular in the case of the pink and purple hair). It was a bit easier to ignore in the gba games and even the 3DS games because you are constantly looking at all blue sprites moving on the map with the animations turned off, but it is really noticeable for me in the trailers for this game as I have never played the Tellius series.
