That recruitment is just fucking awful. try getting him and the silver card. never again. Ok, Xavier. he's got nice defense, hp, and strength, but that speed is horrible. good skills and weapon ranks except E lances, but he comes too late and he has no mobility at all. just give Xavier the brave bow if you plan on using him. 2/10

alright i'll give more reasoning. Tibarn is great when he's around which is like... 3 chapters, but he contributes well in those. he has awesome stats and will kill everything. availability and lack of 2 range hurts him though. 6/10
