Um, wow. Hikarusa makes a pretty convincing case there, bringing in such concepts as "precedents" and "consistency." So now my dad went and took him to that graduation reception, and he should be back within 20 minutes, and I can go to the party. Stupid tard brother.

I think the wording of the rule needs to be redone. It currently doesn't even make a mention to sign-ups.

You need to add a rule about opening sign-ups too early. Lightning (unsurprisingly) is trying to open his sign-ups far too early in advance.
