Eh. Caliban seems to be fairly town right now. They're defending their votes, giving reads, and generally seem to be useful. (Though using IE... tsk tsk tsk) I don't like Moonside's vote on Scumnori (get back here? Seriously? Dude. Give some reasoning behind your votes beyond "get back here") but besides that, seems to be contributing to the town. If it wasn't for the vote I'd say for sure leaning town, but that empty vote puts me back towards neutral. Though, I have to say. I'm not sure I'd call 3 votes a wagon in a 13 player game. Especially early D1.

Sorry, I was gone allllllllllll day due to puzzle hunting (you've got to be careful about those puzzles. They're dangerous if you're not careful) and then watching David Tennant in drag. It was great. Anyways, I return to find the game has started. Cool. I also find lots of what appears to be stupid arguing and over reactions. Also great. (sarcasm there in case you didn't get that one) Well there's your problem. You're using IE. Sheesh. Switch to Crome. Much better. Besides that obvious glaring problem, mostly what I see is standard D1 joking around, a fake vig claim (like that's never happened before), over reactions to said joking around, and then people jumping on people for the over reactions. Over reactions are not especially scummy from how I see it. That's natural honestly. You see someone posting what is a potential death sentence for you, it's going to make you nervous even if you're town. And joking around about claiming (even though this was clearly a joke) isn't really a good idea in my mind. It might accidentally start some serious claiming. Sheesh. Inactivity on D1 is nothing especially when the game's barely started. And honestly, inactivity isn't a huge scum tell unless it's super late game. What you should be looking for is *active* lurking. Aka someone trying to look like they're contributing while actually just throwing empty calories at you. Like beer! Or like plutonium95. One post is a vote because they "didn't like someone's thoughts on the vote" and one post that's sorta kinda not really explaining the vote more and then pointing a FOS at someone but not actually doing anything about it because they "don't want to jump on anything with the little info we have" That is, at least from my point of view, what I consider active lurking. Trying to give some posts but not actually doing much of anything with them. Scumnori was a safe vote at that point, but backed up with little reasoning, and they then refused to vote someone else because there's too little info. ##Vote: Plutonium95

Well looking back at your previous play you tunneled Volt pretty hard (which turned out to be a mislynch) and the basis behind it was rather weak. You also were one of the few who actually thought Sundown looked town (I admit I fall under this too, but I'm the only idiot who was actually paranoid that he was a lynchbomb). It's also highly possible for a scum!rolecop, and it's looked like this set-up was a little less traditional anyway. Why would Trafalgar be a better lynch target?

But at the same time I'm not sure if scum would suggest the no lynch and prolong the game when they could easily try and push for the mislynch. It's not like the 4 of us have looked obvtown all game so scum would have a bit to work with. ILT is right in that I don't believe the town really has had an investigative role to this point other than the JoAT; but that could be enough. So I'm still not convinced on the town!rolecop just yet. However, I agree that out of the two investigative roles it's highly probably that one is scum and the other is town. After all Trafalgar did stop Perseus from getting the crane. Just gotta figure out who is who. Yeah my role is weird and I never even heard of it before until this game. I think it's supposed to have the same type of effect as Bizz's role in SFMM2 where she could "live" even after death and help the town.

Isn't an insomniac a watcher? Also it's really common to have a scum!rolecop in games. Especially with the scum!dayvig you could find a town PR and kill him the next day.

Fair enough since it's easier to say these things in hindsight. However you also are making a great excuse to help a fakeclaim. ##Vote No Lynch Which basically means if either myself or Trafalgar end up dying we know scum is down to either fruit lover or new James Bond. I guess we'll have to wait until the next Day Phase to really act after that.

@Daniel Craig: Why is it that you didn't want to prove your role before? It's pretty easy to claim that you can talk at night but never actually use the role. @ILT: Are you gonna fullclaim now or were you just a tease? Also are we going to decide to no lynch then?

I'm not even sure what my role is called exactly. It's like a doll or something. Anyway it's useless until I die, but when I die if I get lynched or daykilled I can still vote from the dead until MYLO/LYLO, and if I get NKed then my power transfers to whoever gets lynched the next day phase.

Gonna agree that we should claim. It'd probably make things easier. Also out of all the people still alive right now Daniel Craig looks scummiest IMO after looking at everyone's ISOs, but seeing as I've gotten every read this game wrong I'm not sure how confident I am with that.

This is the second person who's said VoltTackle is scum, and seeing as how he's been really pushing this Sundown lynch (who claimed lynchbomb) I think it makes sense that he's scum. His lynch could possibly help us figure out Sundown is well. I don't mind seeing him lynched. My only concern is how the hell the cop claims to have investigated three people in one night. Unless these are results from the last few nights and not just last night.

I don't think he's scummy. It was just a minor scummy thing to do, so I'm keeping a mental note of it. If later in the game things boil down to a MYLO or LYLO situation or something and we have to look back on players, that'll be just something there to help decision making. I'm not liking Eternity, and not because he voted me but because he has posted 0 quality when he was around, hasn't helped with scumhunting, claimed a shit role, and basically doesn't give a fuck. I can't really talk because I haven't existed. However I wanna give him a little more time because it seems like he's improving ever so slightly. I didn't really like Sundown either, but I'm not risking a lynchbomb, which I believe is a possibility in this game. I don't care how healthy it is, I still find asparagus to be one of the most disgusting things I've ever chewed down in my entire life. Gonna reread the thread to get a better idea of these other wagons, but Asparagus has seemed kinda flaky to me so far so if I don't feel either of these wagons I'll probably keep my vote on him/her.
