Esau already took my reply - the PMCs employed by MNU are distinct from the MNU flunkies - it's not explicitly stated out in the movie, but made fairly obvious by things such as logos, equipment, etc.

I think that, in modern film, the PMC is taking the place of the nazi as "completely unsympathetic mook whose violent, screaming death you are allowed to enjoy."

Wait, so on the map in the trailer, it shows the Nazi's eating up Hungary, Romania, and Bulgaria, even when they all voluntarily joined the Axis, but at the same time, they don't eat up Italy orYogoslavia.... I must think on this...
History isn't Japan's strong point. You should be happy this isn't just thinly-disguised "BAWWWWWWWWWWWWWW WE GOT OUR ASSES KICKED IN WWII" like most anime material on the subject is.

People remember School Days for 2 reasons:
1.) It's based on a h-sim notable for its incredible dick of a protagonist, and its wide library of violent BAD ENDs.

The advantage of a public apology is that others see that you acknowledge doing something wrong. A PM apology might resolve things with the person wronged, but as far as the average member would see, Jyo would have acted like a cunt then disappeared the topic. Obviously, that sets a bad example, albiet one based on a false belief.

Mechwarrior 2 and its expansion packs are probably some of the best action sims of their day. Mechwarrior 2 was apparently a pioneer in the concept of online clans.

Note when that people wanted a second season, they didn't want the same episode eight times, which is an absurd claim on its face.
When your customers say "we will make you/give you money if you provide us with the desired product," the intelligent response is not to take three years and then deliver one episode eight times. It's funny, but it's retarded - bad business sense, and bad entertainment.
I'm still waiting for the other shoe to drop, because I just can't believe anyone is that stupid.
