Now that SoV is announced I don't think I would recommend playing it. It's for similar reasons why I don't recommend FE1. In my opinion they haven't held up well over time. It's really cool to go back and see where the series began and see the first iteration of so many mechanics and how they've progressed and developed. But at the end of the day it's a 25 year old game and it feels like it. The only people I would recommend playing this are die hard fans who want to play every game in the series, or see where some of the game mechanics of today originated.

Still taking sign ups. Game probably won't start for a while at this rate considering finals, holidays are coming up. And 7.00 is released tomorrow so gonna be distracted by that for a couple weeks.

Now I'm not gonna say I wouldn't put a cult in a 10 man game, cause I definitely would and at some point in time probably will, but I will say I copy-pasted the rules from another setup and might have forgot to remove something's that don't make sense.

Rule
1. Dont be a dick.
2. No intentional mod-kills, if in my judgement you intentionally got yourself mod-killed, you will not win regardless of the out of the game. You will be blacklisted for any game I ever host unless you can me a satisfactory explanation(hint: there are very few if any reasons you should ever be mod-killed in the first place let alone intentionally). There may or may not be sanctions against your team depending on any communications prior to the incident.
3. Feel free to ask any questions I may or may not give you a straight answer but you will always get an honest answer.
4. Dont mess around with your role pm, yall know what this means.
5. Dont incite or motivate anybody to break the rules.
6. Dont edit your posts.
7. Dont murder anybody irl.
Mechanics:
1. 48 hour day phases to start, maybe thatll change who knows.
2. 24 hour night phases, that will not change. (Hopefully)
3. To lynch it takes 1/3 of living players. If ya hammer you get nothing special, but ya can hammer with 2/3+1 living players.
4. Please try to flavor hunt, it will make my day, please try.
5. Submit all actions in your pm except for votes.

I have a couple ten man setups I've been toying around with if people want a small game. The good part is most are 48 hours builds so they'll be done around finals time. If people want to do I can get one checked tonight or tomorrow.

So this is how SF mafia dies, just fades away. Weird I always I expected it to end in a giant shitshow that caused half the player to be suspended/banned and the other half to swear off mafia forever. Ah well.

Sending a troll is also a bad idea though. There are people who genuinely care about the game so let's not screw it for them.
i almost always troll to at least a certain degree, and i only ever remember ruining a game once and thats because i'm relatively narrow minded. and it wasn't even because i was trolling.

That's why we should just send a troll tbh.I don't want Marth to go because the game will probably be painful to play and I care about him.
Not like there's anyone I'd like to send, since I have the same reasons for not wanting Boron to play and neither Makaze nor Life seem like good representatives of the SF mafia community to me.

To be fair there really isn't anybody on sf who is on life's level when it comes to actual OC games anymore, I mean we really only run one or two oc games a year so it makes sense the playerbase would be better at NOC.
