  1. Yarne IS adorable. I have an A support with him right now (my Avatar Scotia married Henry) but I saw his love confession on YouTube. I definitely want it now, it's just too cute. ^^
  2. I love how people find no point in using Frederick post-game. I'm like, "Fine by me... come meet my Spotpass team and prepare to have him single-handed serve you your ass on a platter." My Frederick is straight-up Naga blessed. I distinctly remember getting FOUR perfect level-up for him and several near-perfect ones. Oh, and you know why Chrom may fall a bit short? Has anyone played Archer!Chrom?
  3. This. Chrom is a Lord/Cavalier/Great Knight/Great Lord with Luna and Aether as his two attack skills. His daughter is a Lord/Great Lord with Aether as her attack skill. She mops the floor with him. And Chrom's been reclassed/promoted three times to her one. Chrom, do you even lift? Lucina sure does.
  4. If you're going to bitch-slap him you've gotta do it right. [/hands Owain the Fire Emblem] Give him a taste of the one thing he's always wanted, am I right~?
  5. True, she's not. I'll admit her concept is interesting... I just don't feel it was executed in a way to make me sympathize and appreciate her character. She comes off as downright whiny sometimes, and her actions don't justify all the praise heaped onto her in-game. Plus, a majority of the other cast members are excellent, so she seems very lackluster in comparison. And I was very, very thrown with her gameplay as well. A light mage with a dark affinity? That sounds like a fanfiction character.
  6. Tharja: No... I have Robin to keep me warm. Heh... hehehee~ Catria, what is about Marth that made you fall in love with him?
  7. Yeah... I'm totally not looking up info on some audio editing software and finding out where I can get Henry's voice clips from. Nope. NOT doing it. >_> <_<
  8. I'm more of a marry-for-love person, so that's why my potential suitors are less-than optimal in the eyes of the post-game crew: my next playthough I'll debate picking either Gaius, Henry, Stahl out of the first generation characters. You don't have to pick the one with the best Morgan... to be honest, I'd rather have a weaker Morgan with a GREAT family dynamic than a powerful Morgan with a weaker dynamic, but, that's just me. Do whatever please you, Rainfall.
  9. ^ This. And people wonder why I love him so much~ He's a freaking Lighting Bruiser!
  10. Oh, Lethality. The RNG simply loves watching me suffer when pitted against someone with this skill, don't they? I've had it activate for me once, while whatever Stresspass team I'm against seems to activate it thrice... SIGH.
  11. Yes, she is... but her father's Frederick so she doesn't have access to the Assassin class, sadly. Of course, my headcanon is strangely in love with the idea that Owain swindled all of the future children to be a part of the Justice Cabal - he, Morgan, and Cynthia so happen to be the ringleaders (and the only one who broadcast and enjoy being in said club).
  12. Assassin Inigo IS epic. I have a post-game Assassin team of Owain, Morgan and Inigo, with Gaius as their Assassin mentor. And they. kick. ass. Justice Cabal: Assassin Division GO! And thank you for that Thor! I'm not near my game so I can't look it up... I think I have Inigo's luck stat confused for his skill stat. [/sweatdrops]
  13. If you level up Olivia enough and make her a Swordmaster, Inigo + RK + Astra + him already having access to Sol = decimation central. And correct if I'm wrong, Euklyd, but Inigo has a high skill stat, which adds to his skill-based skills being activated more often. Of course, Morgan can have a high skill stat too: my Avatar Silvia has skill as her asset, and Morgan activated Ignis almost every time he attacked. If I had to guess I'd say every four out of five.
  14. I don't blame you if you go Libra, Princess. Miracle is never a bad skill to have on hand, and Healtouch is great if Morgan is reclassed to a stave-wielded class, like Trickster or Sage or Falcon Knight. If that doesn't win you over, Libra's confessional just might. ;) Vantage is a great skill in the mid-game, but late-game your avoid rate may be so high it completely nullifies the skill's usefulness. All depends on how you play, of course, but that's just from what I've seen.
  15. [/thumbs up] Sounds like great pairing options, Princess!
  16. Happy birthday to my darling Lucy. ... Lucy, seriously. Why Magic and Skill? Well, skill's okay, but magic dearie? Gained 17 XP. And I got Sigurd's Lance. Sweet!
  17. The only thing about the possibility of Stahl x Sumia is that a lot of people would use it, not because they actually like the supports or what-not, but because it gets both of them out of the way. It's sad, really. I adore Stahl so much, even if he's a mediocre unit in terms of gameplay. And yes, it would be! Their supports would be hilarious. Hopefully I feel inspired today and end up writing it. :) Gods, yes. All of Maribelle's supports are beautiful - that's why I love her so much. She may initially come across as your standard snooty noble, but then her supports completely turn that on its head so well, I just... wow Nintendo. Serious respect for you.
  18. I like her too. Tsunderes are kind of like shy people... except instead of stutter and stumble over the words they're trying to say, and eventually retreat when they can't say them, tsunderes get frustrated and angry, and then take over that frustration on whomever's in front of them. Added on to the serious inferiority complex she has, and Severa's just a girl very, very desperate for love and praise and attention, she just has a very funny way of returning it.
  19. I actually like the Frederick x Sumia pairing. One, I can start supporting them at chapter 3, so Sumia's married off by chapter 8 at the most without grinding. Which means a better chance at Olivia. Their supports are cute, Frederick!Cynthia gets a beastly amount of defense and Luna, and her supports with her father are very heartwarming indeed. Granted, I REALLY hate that Sumia was locked out of options in the same way Chrom was... Chrom I understand a bit because he has to get married off before chapter 11 (but they could have given him Miriel, Panne, Tharja or Cordelia) but Sumia doesn't. To be honest, I would have loved to pair Sumia with Vaike. But that's just me I guess. Anyway, this is about Chrom. Chrom/Maribelle's supports are actually very sweet... it may be because Brady as Chrom's son doesn't seem as "right" as, say, Inigo or Morgan. That and I always pair Brady with Lucina so nope, can't do it. I like the pairing, really. And it's cute how Maribelle is still ever-so devoted to Lissa.
  20. Oh shoot. I figured he would have been.. And I bet Owain has been as well. Hmm. I wonder, can you claim a wyvern?
  21. Lissa: H-Hey! I'm trying to become more ladylike, okay? It's just... [/sigh]... It's not easy. And besides, people say I sound warm and welcoming and friendly, which is never a bad thing! So, Chrom, how do you train? And smash so many holes in the walls?
  22. I'm just gonna... pop in here and claim Inigo...
  23. Just ran Star Pegasus 64 on The Dragon's Table (Approach) Map. I had FalconKnight!Sumia, DarkFlier!Lissa, PegasusKnight!Severa, PegasusKnight!Cynthia, WyvernLord!Cherche and WyvernRider!Gerome. It was pretty sweet. Lissa and Sumia went left, Cherche and Gerome went right, and Severa and Cynthia headed straight down the middle for the boss. Cynthia got the boss kill, items were had and Severa and Cynthia got their B support. :) Thank God for Sumia and those Boots I gave her, otherwise I would have lost Cherche to a surprise bowknight. That's what I get for not looking at the damn map beforehand, stupid.
