    Not to sound rude, but if this is a guide it MUST focus on optimization and it's a fact that those pairings are pretty terrible, be it for the caps, the class overlap, or lack of usefull skills for the children. There are plenty of things that can be argued as different opinions,even some pairings (like Donnel or Vaike for Kjelle). But it's a fact that some pairings are worse than others. ARG the guide wastes Gaius on Cynthia and don't even talk about both her best fathers (Henry and Fred) -_- WTF Cordelia and Gaius as well. And they don't even talk about Stahl, that pretty much everyone knows is her best father... HAHAHA Stahl is Sully best option... Because getting only archer is just great. EDIT: He actually put Fred x Sumia as one of the worst pairings... That person doesn't know what he's talking about...

    Stat caps are insignificant compared to skills and luna is a top notch skill, and you also get DG+. If you're asking about optimization, people will obviously focus on skills rather than stats, because with the exception of speed, the stat caps don't matter AT ALL when they're already so high. If you care so much about stats, which is IMO a waste, then make virion the father. Inigo won't get anything worthy but his mods will be good to look at '-'. Libra is a mid term between Virion and Kellam. He'll get new skills and classes(not as great as the one kellam gives) and decent mods, (not as good as the ones virion gives), and he will be able to be a vantage+veangence+armsthrift sorcerer which is quite good, I guess.

    Sage and Kellam. Inigo REALLY likes luna, and Olivia has a decent SPD modifier, which means Kellam's won't screw his speed. About Owain, for postgame (which I assume is what you're talking here, since you're talking about optimation) sage is by far the best magic based class, especially if they have galeforce, which Owain does have.

    I really like marrying Noire to Brady, they really fit together. Dark flier + sage is also super optimal.

    Kellam because he's the only one with LUNA. His mag mod is neutral, so he won't hinder owain's. The speed is bad, but whatever, at least is better than virion that doesn't give absolutely nothing special. Libra can also work, if you want a vantage-vengeance sorcerer.

    If an attack is going to do 1 damage and pavise/aegis activate, does the damage become 1 or 0?

    I don't get this pedophilia talk, because accounting the time travel, despite the name, the children characters are the same age as their fathers. If you marry Laurent to the female build 2 avatar, the "child" would actually be the pedo lol

    If you're using a female avatar, then I agree, third gen is the best opition, even better than marrying Chrom, since if you marry Chrom, one of the children will be missing Great Knight (best skills in the game), which is the thing I try to optimize when making pairs(with the exception of Laurent). Marrying Chrom to Olivia will make a good enough Lucina and a Inigo with Luna/ DG+ without taking it away from other children, while also giving you a (slight) better Morgan. So, between a Slight better Morgan and one more children with luna/DG+ or a better Lucina, I'd choose the former. If you're talking about the male avatar, though, I kind of disagree. I mean, it still can work really well, but having 2 manaketes with a wide range of skills is something I can't not do.

    Laurent best father is gregor, since he gets armsthrfit and vantage to abuse socerer, so id marry miriel to gregor. That laurent was my mvp on apostheosis. Edit: i messed up lol

    I had the same problen. You have to update the 3ds before updating the bonus box, go tp sttings, other/ system update.

    I married nowi because of stats and because it solves nah lack of skills. This game is not a dating sim, so there is no reason to marry the girl i like the most which is... Kjelle.

    He doesn't get sorcerer, but is still considered the best Owain(with the exception of the Mu, of course)

    Oh yeah, I totally forgot about Libra!Inigo. It definitely is better than Virion Inigo.
