in hitori's bgm video with such gems as eh ah sou she wrote that she sang these forever ago and will probably never sing the full versions of these songs which broke my heart because omg her short version of eh ah sou is literally one of my favourites by her even though it's less than a minute, i would kill someone to hear her sing "amai no mo ii to omou keredo nigai no mo kirai ja nai" i love her voice so much wow

SPEAKING OF WHICH the utaite wiki says that "it is unknown whether she is on hiatus or quit, because she deleted her blog out of the blue and she has not uploaded in like literally forever lol" but i looked around and in her twitter bio the last sentence says "until the day we meet again (´ω｀)ﾉ" in her latest tweet she apologizes for only being able to pop up on twitter once a year and says that she will "be gone only a little longer" and thanks her fans for not forgetting her in her niconico bio the second line says she is currently not active and "i hope to see you again...!" like wow i have hope that she will maybe come back......or actually with all of this she definitely intends to come back at some point ;_;

man hitori is one of those utaite who are wayyy more popular in japan/on nnd than internationally/on youtube and whenever i get upset about the little recognition she gets on the latter i go to her niconico videos and turn on the comments and it is absolutely the most beautiful thing because all these people are screaming over hitori the same way i do, every time she begins a song or changes her voice and it just kinda makes me tear up because even though she's been inactive for years and she has definitely lost some steam there was a point where lots and lots of people loved her and adored her and were a fan of her and if she ever re-enters the utaite scene i hope that some of these commenters will be back to support her

something that my school publication staffs do whenever people win things is print out a lil paper w the winning thing in the middle and then everyone on the staff writes on it and congratulates the winner and it's very cute and sweet i had forgotten about it but my friend who had won third place in feature writing showed me his sheet and i was thinking oh man this is really selfish but i secretly hope they made one for me too even though i'm not on staff any more....i will see my advisor on monday and find out then and it will be totally understandable if they didn't bc duh but also....i am selfish
