    So annoying because I would gladly swap Lyn out when a newer and better meta comes along. I'll admit to not caring much for her character. Then again I'm not a massive Ike fan either, but I do love his design for CYL a lot and his skill set looks really interesting. I would miss him the most out of the four if I didn't managed to pull him. I think I will probably wait until later tomorrow to make a pick. Once people have started playing with the new characters I'll get a better idea of how effective they are and who to go for.

    Still can't decide between Lyn and Ike. Tomorrow is coming up too fast x_x I'm swaying towards Lyn atm just because of how good she can potentially be. I honestly have no good reason not to go for her, apart from wanting to be hipster and taking that Ike.

    Ike's base stats is so similar to +spd Hector. Ike with Urvan: 43 | 52 | 28 | 35 | 20 Hector with Armads (+spd/-hp) 49 | 52 | 28 | 37 | 19 Hector being very slightly bulkier, and lacking one movement.

    Shame. Guess I will wait until I see both their starts first before picking the free one. In that case Ike's B skill seems so much more situational compared to Lyn's, :/. Shutting down horse/flier emblem buffs looks good on paper but I don't think I run into them enough to justify a dedicated unit. Lyn's bow and B on the other hand looks so much more versatile -blade tomes and DC units are arguably more commonly seen. I really have no reason not to go for her outside of no being a fan :S

    I think if Lyn can beat Lucy, she won't have trouble again Camilla or Thraja. It's actually quite interesting since Lyn is up against three past gauntlet winners. I wonder how whe'll do. For Lyn vs Ike, it's really hard to say since they're both really popular. I really want Hector to battle Roy then Lyn for Elibe shenanigans, but I think it would be very difficult for Roy to beat Ike lol.

    And become a slave to meta ;^; For Ike, I'm not so clear on his Beorc Blessing. In it's description is says "Effective against flying/cavalry units" in the beginning. Does it mean that Ike also does extra damage to them like how bows are strong against flying units, as well as nullifying the buffs? Or does he just null the buffs, and the skill only works on flying/cavalry?

She's up against three past gauntlet winners on the girl's side no less. Go team Lyn, I want to see you guys in the finals! This if your inner conscience. Choose the third option: JOIN HECTOR. OHO.

    Free pull from Block A: He's +def/-res, which is good, it's a shame I already have a +spd/hp Hector. I might just keep him and give distant counter to someone.

    >_< I'm so torn between Lyn and Ike for the free unit. The tactician in me wants Lyn, but my heart wants Ike :( Have their stats come out yet? Lyn, because I'd like to avoid colourless hell. Horse archer just seems way too good, and she'll fit in nicely with my horse team. For Ike, I've really wanted an infantry axe that's not Barst or Bartre. I've got a Distant counter ready to be inherited off from a second Hector. Greg Chun's voice is too good. Green may have a higher chance to pull from, but there's no guarantee of getting him either :/ So annoying picking!!

    I pulled a Luke today from the Sacred Stones banner (no Seth ;^;) He's +atk/-spd. I'm wondering if it's worth the SP grind to give Panic Ploy to +hp Ninian. Ninian will have 48hp with hp+3. Otherwise I might just stick with good old Hone Attack on her and just keep Luke.

    @Kaden Is the green cav is the one with the brave axe? If he's the unit I think he is, I know that 4* neutral Olivia can tank him with 2 hp left (I used her to shield my 4* Klein for a turn XD). Yeah, if he's the one giving you issues then take Xander would be a good call. The set up you have with xander reminds me of this video by phoenixmaster1, where the only difference is Klein and Delthea instead of Gordin and Linde. I think the results should be quite similar.

    Xander's pretty solid. If he doesn't work out with the comp, I think you could also consider a green unit if you have one, since there's quite a few blue lances on the map too.

    Finally did all three maps today, been barely having much time to play Feh the past week (rip tempest rewards). Used the Rein +Brave bow strats most people recommended: 5* Rein, 5* Xander, 4* Klein and 4* Olivia. Used Klein, because I didn't want to inherit Brave Bow to another archer. He is hilariously vanilla(base kit) but still did the job of shooting down peg knights very well!

    The 'defeat Legion' quests ended up being a lot easier than I thought they were going to be on Lunatic. I thought I'd have trouble dragging 3* Alphonse and 4* Legion (Lv 32) through them, but actually having more than one Legion on the map made them so much easier to pick off. I don't need to worry about keeping him alive like in the other GBH quests.

    +3 atk or +3 spd would also work for the A-slot if you're after something more budget/no Hinatas. Fury/Vantage is so good on Camus though >_<

    Back on track, to what I came here for before being distracted by sexySeth: Beat Infernal with Xander, Olivia, Camus and Reinhardt. My definite mvps were Rein and Olivia like for most. Olivia had wings of mercy. I found it pretty hilarious that -res Rein can tank a hit from Cecilia so long as he had a Hone Cav on him to avoid being doubled.
