I couldn't really tell with Sakura, but Elise sounded familiar. I heard at least one person say Laura Bailey though, and I wanted to deck them. I think maybe Eden Riegel for Elise, or maybe Christine Marie Cabanos? One of the two.
I could see Kyle Hebert for Xander perhaps, or maybe he's Leo. Actually, Hebert's Ryu voice kinda sounds like Leo's a bit if you listen to it right, so that's a possibility.

Actually, Liam O'Brien was my first thought when listening to Takumi. It does kind of sound like that gravelly voice he uses for characters like Gaara.
nah, Takumi didn't sound faux-British enough for Liam O'Brien to be voicing him

Honestly, I pretty much went gay for Joker the moment I saw his design and the fact that he was voiced by Junichi Suwabe
if his English VA isn't someone really good, I'm gonna be very upset

I'm so incredibly gay for Joker it physically hurts
conversely, Felicia's voice and "cutesy" character make me want to vomit loudly
it's a shame Joker's apparently total ass stat-wise, whereas Felicia can kinda be okay

As someone who's had a Nintendo console of some sort all his life, I can safely say I grew up on Nintendo games, and those in turn helped me become who I am today. in some ways for worse according to some, for better in other ways. but I wouldn't change a damn thing. Nintendo has done a lot for my life, and I've put a lot of money - my own or my family's when I was younger - into Nintendo, and that won't change either because even now Nintendo games are a strong presence in my personal life.
Rest in Peace, Satoru Iwata. Good game, and a winner is you.

I like the way the portraits are done so far, though the fact that one of them is just Caeda is kind of bugging me.
