I'm scared of them too, but when they're on my table, no longer. I've heard it can lead to mercury poisoning.
  2. Dunbine? What's that? Here you go. the mech ingame.
  3. Wikipedia! Battle Moon Wars (バトルムーンウォーズ銀, Baterumuunwaazushirogane?), or known as Battle Moon Wars銀, is a PC-made series of Super deformed Tactical RPG games created by Dojin soft developer and publisher Werk back in 2005. Its popularity in Japan has given rise to a number of Battle Moon Wars games. The series has a basic similarity to the Super Robot Wars series and its Super deformed looks, as well as taking its crossover concept, though it has overshadowed Battle Moon Wars due to its huge fanbase in Japan and in other nations, as well as its presence in the Japanese video game market for some time. The game uses the crossover of Type-Moon's visual novel and anime series, including Tsukihime and Fate/stay night with several original characters made exclusive by Werk. Their involvement in the series are covered as Acts. The game is also translated, with the story content and interface all translated to English. So check it out, it's pretty good. I only have the first one, I'll have to download the rest of the series.
  4. Battle of the Youstrass is a rare commercial tactical RPG for the PC that was made in 2000. Due to low sales, the game never saw a sequel or even an expansion, The game involves Mechs, so it's a bit like the Super Robot Wars series. The thing that's really great with this game is that it has numerous paths to choose from depending on your actions. There's also the terrain which really affects the gameplay, and each mech got its own individual battle music. The first time I played it was at the place of one of my relatives around 7 years ago (but he lost it) The demo is downloadable on the main site. http://www.teamdarkland.com/d2_down/down.htm I've ordered the full game around 3 weeks ago, and I just got it today. http://www.teamdarkland.com/d2_order/order.htm It's 20 US Dollars, I think it's a bit pricey considering how old this game is. Features Multi Scenario Battle of the Youstrass features the multi-scenario. It's the player who decides the history of Youstrass. There are several critical points in the game where the major changes can occur depending on the player's decision. But there are also many minor branches that may not be obvious at the first place... Many things contribute to the overall flow of game. So each time you play the game, you can relive the experience differently. Semi-realtime battle Unlike most realtime strategic games, each unit in the game has it's own unique personality. And part of the fun comes from watching the growth of player characters. Thus Battle of the Youstrass adopted the semi-realtime game system. While partly maintaining the reality of a battle involving many units, the game gives sufficient time to think before each movement. It is accomplished by the following rules. - You can move one unit at a time like chess. But unlike chess, you can't decide who will move first. The order of movement is basically decided at the beginning of stage. But once the unit finishes it's action, the time required to wait till the next action is decided by the pilot's reaction speed (the game term is activity). So the order can and will change during the time. Of course there are other factors that affect the order. (i.e. if the unit opts to do nothing during its turn, that unit's next turn will come a lot faster). This is to reflect the chaos of the battle. This may sound complex but all you have to do is controlling one active unit at a time. - Now unlike real-time strategic games, once you get to control one of your units, which is called active unit, you can take as much time as you want like chess. This is to reflect the fact that every units are operated by the individual pilots not some drones following the order of the commander. So you can carefully consider the unit's action before actually moving that unit. Got those from the main site by the way.

My bro and my mum love that but I never really understood why. It's not a question of them being dirty, I mean, all food's dirty if not cleaned properly. Now, I frigging love eating snails, not that I'm a frenchie or anything, but they're just delicious. Now no, I'm not talking about the ones found in your regular garden, but the ones served in restaurants... with garlic sauce... YESH.
  10. If I say 'Mauritius', that won't mean a damn thing to you unless I show you some map... so here it is! It is also the home of the extinct flightless bird known as the Dodo. My ethnicity: chinese, although you guys may be wondering what the hell is an asian doing on an island found in the indian ocean. You might as well ask what the hell are frenchies, muslims and indians are doing there too. I like to call my country "Little America" since it's pretty diverse in cultures. Yup, I was born there. http://images.google.com/images?hl=en&...mages&gbv=2 Drool as much as you want.
  11. At first, I was a bit sceptical concerning this series. Well, I'm not a fan of boxing to begin with. There are three aspects that dragged me into it. 1. The unique art style. Now, I know it isn't particularly appealing to some new anime/manga fans, but it's rough and old school, perfect, for fans such as myself. 1989 is the year of the epic beginning of this series. 2. The fights. They're entertaining. 3. The humour. Yeah I get it, all these references to your genitals, and yet, I find it strangely funny. By the way, there's a new season out already entitled Hajime no Ippo : New Challenger which is the continuation of the manga. 2 episodes out and subbed by Animebreaker, available both in SD and HD, so check it out. Here's the opening, interesting. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8zqiO8VaK-w
  12. I believe President Obama has made some efforts into stopping it.

  14. Oh wow, if you meant Captain Tsubasa, you have one crazy fanboy in front of ya. From the ongoing manga to the video games... I know everything (or nearly). http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vDYMGwWR4MQ It's just another reason why I want to get this game so much. Too bad I don't own a DS.
  15. Cast of characters from all Final Fantasy games (?) I believe. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ib3bsmIIGOM I don't think it's available in english yet. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FvqVQQkr29g Terra <3
  16. White in the inside, black on the outside, does that say something?

What's up? Just some random guy who happens to love tactical RPGs. I started out with Shining Force 2 and Super Robot Wars 3 long time ago, now I'm trying to get into Fire Emblem. Currently playing through FE Gaiden on a nes emulator. Anyway, that's it.
